"Location was ideal for the centre of the city. The room was clean and the bedding was fresh and newly laundered. The bathroom was very clean and the shower adequate. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, milk, microwave and biscuits. The host was very informative about using the key pad and if there was any enquiries a telephone number was provided. Maybe the furniture, curtains and carpet are outdated but I found my stay to be very comfortable."

"Absolute disgrace right from arriving....wrong code for access into building...checked in 14.10 and room not even ready....then told to sit in kitchen area in a dingy kitchen at that for 20 minutes until room ready... 40 minutes later room still not ready...my partner went to see and room was clearly needing severe deep clean....still sick around furniture....so by 14.55 made final decision to leave and book somewhere else.....not even sure this place should be operating."
