Jersey St Helier Charing Cross Hotel

"Walked in up the stairs and they were dirty with rubbish and obviously hadnt been vacuumed in ages. Check in was a shambles. Gone 3pm no rooms had been cleaned so endured a wait. Eventually got a room, to leave a foyer of angry people, and the bathroom was revolting. It smells of damp and is actually mouldy. The ceiling, the walls and around the bath. Also someone elses hair and phlegm on the wall. No point asking to be moved as it would have been 5pm so this or nothing. Location is the absolutely only thing this has going for it....."

"Great hotel in the centre of St Helier. Everything is in walking distance, shops on your doorstop, bus station 5 mins walk away, beach and marina less than 10 mins. Overall a great place to stay."

"Loved our stay at this hotel. Location is spot on. In town, a 5 min. walk to the main busstation where you can visit all the points of interest on the island. We had a warm welcome by hotel staff. Rooms were good. I had a premier plus room with a fridge and thee/coffe amenities which was nice during my stay. Next to the hotel is Coop Supermarket, which was perfect. The room was clean with airco. Breakfast was also good with enough options for a good start of the day. Breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very comfortable stay and would go back to this hotel."
