Cocos the Club Solto

"As non-Turkish speakers, this was our experience. 1. Good points: reception ladies spoke good English; valet car parking service was quick and easy; wonderful self-service breakfast; overall beautiful & clean hotel. 2. Disappointments: staff at lunch & dinner restaurant spoke limited to no English making inquiries about the meals complicated; at the à la carte restaurant there was no restaurant manager that we could see while the service was poor: meals were served separately with 15min between the fist and the last person served; after we ate the dishes remained for half an hour on the table, we asked to be cleaned and finally I started gathering them myself and at that moment waiter came. Cherry on top: the ice cream - for 250TL (4-5 GBP/EUR/ USD) we received a half scoop - picture attached. Staff need training, as mentioned in one previous review. Unfortunately the service does not match the facility and the price tag. Or perhaps that’s just a non-Turkish speakers experience…"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience at Cocos The Club Solto Hotel Our stay at Cocos The Club Solto Hotel in Alaçatı was wonderful, but I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by J.J., the hotel reception manager. At the very beginning of our trip, our luggage was lost by the airline, which naturally caused a great deal of concern and stress. From the very first moment, J.J. showed extraordinary commitment in helping us. He closely followed our case, provided continuous support, and arranged a trusted transfer to collect our luggage from the airport as soon as it was located. More than simply solving a problem, he gave us peace of mind and confidence throughout the entire process. His professionalism, attention to detail, and above all, his kindness, empathy, and genuine care were truly remarkable. It is easy to find a good hotel, but it is rare to find someone who genuinely cares about guests the way J.J. does. He turned a stressful situation into a much smoother experience and demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality. Congratulations to the hotel for having such a dedicated professional on its team. Our sincere thanks to J.J. and the entire staff for their outstanding support and service. We highly recommend Cocos The Club Solto Hotel and look forward to returning in the future. "My family and I stayed at this hotel last weekend and I am still raving about the place to my friends. We have stayed in Alacati many times but this is the best place by far. The hotel is designed in a lovely Mediterranean terracotta-roof style and possesses one of the best views of the surrounding sea. We spent our time by the gorgeous, huge pool and private beach - which had luxurious high-end furniture and lounge chairs. The breakfast and food selection is excellent (I am a salad freak.) Most of all the service is exceptional - which is saying a lot since Turkish hospitality is typically superb. Everyone spoke English and made us feel very comfortable and happy. You can’t go wrong staying at Coco’s. Don’t miss it!"
