"Our first time in Turkey and we were unsure what to expect. It was myself, my husband and 17 year old son. Can’t say enough nice things about the staff, so friendly, polite and welcoming and absolutely can’t do enough for you. The entire building is so clean and the staff work incredibly hard to keep it that way, it’s just such a pleasant vibe in the entire hotel. The gardens are beautiful and there are multiple nice places to sit and relax. Lovely food with lots of choice and variety for everyone. Great entertainment and just a nice happy vibe throughout the hotel. There is a shuttle to the private Billy’s beach which is around £8 per person entry and is just beautiful, well worth the entry which includes a sunbed and parasol. We’ve just booked again and are going in two weeks, whilst sat thinking about how much we enjoyed it I was reminded that I forgot to leave a review last year, so here it is!"

"Booked this for a little get away with family: this is a nice little hotel set in a nice location with easy access (short bus ride) to beach, blue lagoon and hisoronu. Towels and beds are changed daily but the rooms are not cleaned, by the end of a week the floors were filthy and the shower/bathroom clearly needed a good clean. Options for food are dire: there is just nothing to make a meal: chips and salad ? I can’t fault the omelette and pancake man in a morning but other than this, it was terrible. The pool was cleaned daily and throughout the day. While the entertainment people are good, I don’t think the hotel is big enough to accommodate pool games and pool gym as it means there is no room for anyone not wanting to take part: I also don’t think shouting at someone across a pool that they are lazy in front of 30-40 people because they don’t want to join in is very nice. Saying that, I’m not a big fan of all Inc and animation teams so I will likely be critical of this anyway and guests on the whole seemed to enjoy it in the evening. Staff are all friendly and you never have to queue for drinks at the bar."
