Antas Deluxe Apart

"Omg where do I start first of all pur own fault for not reading the reviews we bad We booked 2 appointments for our holiday of family of 6 including our 2yr old granddaughter. After 3+ hour delay at Manchester airport we arrived at 4am absolutely exhausted. We were shown to our appointments OMG the smell when getting to the staircase hit us stale cigarettes urine damp you name it we smelt it we all just looked at eachother in shock. Nothing we could do at that time so decided to get our heads down until we could contact jet2 rep. The double bed looked like it hadn't been changed the towels well I dont think they had been washed. The double bed was broken. The sofa bed collapsed on our 15yr old daughter as that was also broken. The curtains were filthy. There was marks on the walls which had callously been painted over. The shower had mould growing up it I wanted to vomit. Contacted jet2 the rep arrived and first thing he said was what's that smell we just looked at him and said you tell us. He was shocked and took pictures. We got shown other rooms that were just as bad. Trying to salvage the holiday as we were told it would cost us money to relocate we was reluctantly offered 2 more rooms which were slightly better but found issues which the owner again reluctantly agreed to fix. (I cleaned the kitchen myself).horrified to find a filthy mouldy coulender in the kitchen. On the 2nd day our 2yr old had a nappy accident which was dealt with promptly she was pool side and jet2 rep was also on site she was accused of "sh@@#ng in the pool (words of owner) she did not what was deemed as "sh@t" was an acorn which my husband retrieved out of the pool and shown to jet2 rep and owner our granddaughter was then banned from the pool. How can you tell a 2yr old she cant swim with her mum dad auntie and grandparents?? You can't. He said no children under 6yr olds when the next day there was toddlers in the main pool but he wouldn't allow our baby in when I challenged this he told me to take photos not only is this illegal but irrational to take pictures of children. I was told of i didn't like it to get out as they had already moved our rooms and he had to lookafter his turkish guests. I did not engage any further as my temper was boiling. We made numerous complaints to jet2 only saying they were sorry we were having a bad experience. We had no option but to seek new accommodation ourselves we could not stay there anymore as we were already pushed to use a neighbouring swimming pool. We lost 4days out of our holiday had to pay out a further £800 on new accommodation and transfer fees to it. Upon leaving Mr Petty who had discriminated us and a 2yr old granddaughter locked the access gates so we couldn't get out with our belongings and had to carry 6 suitcases groceries and a push chair up 2 sets of steps causing my partner to have an angina attack in the blistering heat. So Please 🙏 if you are thinking of booking this place please please think again as its the pits of hell."

"Unacceptable conditions – mold-like deposits, dampness, and lack of hygiene We stayed at this hotel as a family with two children and are very disappointed with the condition of our accommodation. Mold-like deposits were present in numerous places – over a large area on the bathroom ceiling, on grout, windows, the shower, and even at the bottom of the door in the living area. The bathroom was also heavily soiled, especially the floor, shower tray, and the areas around the drains. We could not let our two children shower for two days because we did not want to subject them to this bathroom. The entire room smelled strongly musty and of mold and was very damp. Even the bed linen was damp, stained, and not clean. The refrigerator was also not clean. There were also numerous ants in the area of the garden entrance. The indoor air was particularly distressing for me: In the evenings, I could hardly sleep because of the strong smell and the humidity, and at times I had trouble breathing. For us, these are not normal signs of wear and tear, but significant hygiene and cleanliness deficiencies. We have documented the condition we found with numerous photos. For us as a family, this condition was absolutely unacceptable. We cannot recommend the hotel based on our experience."

"If you prefer a chilled place to stay then I recommend the antas aparts. Stayed here many times as its away from the hustle and noise of hisaronu. 1&2 bed apartments available with basic cooking facilities should you wish. Cleaned every other day or more if you request. 3* at 3* prices. Certainly not the place for moaners wanting there own way. Sedat(owner)and ada(daughter) are amazing lovely people and deserve like minded guests. Pool and bar area are welcoming on hot days."
