"Location perfect . Cleaning Perfect. Staff Perfect. Food outstanding head board very dangerous and beds very uncomfortable. WiFi went down for 5 days and it rained so really bad timing - management need to know how important WiFi is as couldn’t not check into return flights or receive what’s app From home in UK."

"This is a second visit to this beautiful place. We enjoyed our stay last year that much we booked again for this visit while sitting on the balcony after a few days in only for a few days longer this time. And guess what staying again next year for longer again! Theres nothing the people at this hotel cant do for its guests, no matter the age it has something for everyone and they are all very happy to help. Not only do they remember us from last year by face, but by name too, I cant think of many places like that. Made friends for life with staff members and other guests alike. But a big shout out to the entertainment team, Apo and Arda, they always have a smile on there face, up to something, friendly, funny and get involved in games or even a chat by the pool or bar, (word of warning though, if you play killer pool or doubles or pool in general with Arda... duck 😂) The operations manager Mesut and real gentlemen, again always a smile on his face. My daughter slipped over a little over excited about dinner and he was up and helping her to her feet long before we had chance to get up from our chairs. And finally my brother from another mother. The one and only Ali G, (even though he cheats at UNO) but again nothing is to much trouble for him, none of these guys see you as guests. More family. I could honestly name and thank every single member of staff. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends and strangers. Me and my family have our home away from home and cant wait to go back. "Spent a week here recently nothing like some of the reviews are saying we ended up in a attic room it was tiny no space for anything balcony was a joke. Food was hit or miss we managed two nights out of seven at the evening meal, luckily there were omelettes at breakfast or we would have had nothing apart from basic eggs and strangely enough chips. Snack bar was basic salad bar almost saved it. Took us a few days to find a decent coffee and had to mix some ingredients to get a decent coffee. Although we don't drink alcohol the soft drinks were tiny plastic cups that were not the cleanest meaning you are back and forward the whole day. Also no ice cream for kids surely if its all inclusive that means ice cream same in the snack bars etc nothing. Entertainment started at 9.30pm for kids club, kids were all tired out by that time rest of the entertainment was just loud music being blasted out. Good points staff were very good very helpful and very clean manager wanders about daily but only speaks to selected people. Pool was very good very clean and well tended. Restaurant drinks were served by head waiter for most of our time which was great(small tip) and the girls in the restaurant were very helpful (small tip). Chefs were very good very friendly.(tip box available for chefs). They advertise free Turkish bath but its not you can use it but need to take all your own stuff hardly free if you are taking all your own stuff. Also cash only no card so obviously something going on although the young man who was selling the Turkish baths was excellent and deserves so much more he was genuinely a lovely hard working young man. Never a four star maybe two-three . All in all a bit of a shame as the people were great but it looks like its been run on a shoestring. Location is good but loads of stairs taxis are handy and you need them to get decent food. If you want very basic reasonably priced its for you but be aware some of the reviews are not the same hotel we stayed in !!!!!!!!!!!!."
