"The location is beautiful, with stunning surroundings and absolutely gorgeous gardens. Wow! Everything was well maintained, and the grounds really added to the overall experience. I'd seen some negative reviews about the rooms before travelling, but honestly, we couldn't fault ours. The room was cleaned daily, and the cleaning lady in Block 13 was absolutely amazing — so friendly and always welcoming. She deserves a special mention for the great job she did. The food was brilliant! Everything was lovely and tasty, always fresh, and there was always something available to eat. We really couldn't complain about the food at all. The bar staff were also very friendly and welcoming, especially Erdam, who deserves a special mention. He's a real credit to the resort and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. There were cats around the resort, but this is quite normal for many resorts in the Hisarönü and Ovacık areas. I personally never saw any cats on the food, and only saw one in the restaurant on one occasion. The cats could be seen wandering around the gardens and in the lounge, but we didn't interact with them, and they didn't bother us either. Overall, they were no trouble at all and didn't have any impact on our stay. The only downside for me was the lack of music around the pools during the day. I completely understand that this is a relaxing resort, but I found it quite unusual not to have even some gentle background or chill-out music playing around the pool areas. Personally, I think some soft, relaxing music would have added to the atmosphere and made the poolside experience even more enjoyable. This is just my personal preference, though, as I appreciate that others may prefer the peace and quiet. Another downside was the ongoing issue with the fire alarm in Block 13. This became a real problem, as the alarm kept going off repeatedly, including in the middle of the night, disturbing what should have been a relaxing and peaceful stay. The resort appeared to be aware of the issue, but unfortunately, it didn't seem to be getting resolved. While I understand that technical problems can happen, repeated fire alarm activations, particularly overnight, are frustrating for guests and something I feel should be addressed properly."

"We have visited Dalaman/Antalya area 8 times over the last 15 years. Majority of our stays have been All inclusive. We therefore know the standards that match our holiday budget. Montana Pine Resort has a stunning location high up in the hills and that is where my positive review starts and ends, I’m afraid. We were a group of 6 ladies that stayed for 5 nights. We all had a very poor experience during our stay. Where do I start. • Arrival late night just before midnight. We had requested Twin bedrooms which they said at reception was fine, but when we entered the rooms they were not. Were told we can change next day. Which never happened because they said now none were available. • We were warned when we arrived close to midnight that any drinks (tea) consumed after midnight would be charged. They had no common sense that we had just arrived from the airport!!! • Cleanliness in the rooms was much to be desired. Leave the door or window open and the cats would enter. • All sofas and chairs covered in cat hair. • Reception staff incredibly unhelpful. No clear info on restaurants/timings/taxi availability. Will not be staying here for sure. My advice stay clear of this hotel."

"Returning very happy guest. I just love the nature, surroundings and space and cottage rooms. Impeccable service from the kitchen and restaurant team. A huge thank-you to the big chefs Yunnis, Ishak, Baris for making me tasty allergen free dishes as a kind gesture. A special thank you to all the kitchen and restaurant staff for their warm hospitality and help . Thank you Mr Can and Ali at reception for their warm welcome and service.
