Majestic Hotel

"You couldn’t find a better location than this hotel. It’s a short walk to the beach, restaurants, bars, and most important shops. The atmosphere is so chilled and relaxing. All the staff from cleaners to reception and everyone in between work so hard to make all the customers their holiday as happy and stress free as they can, but you can’t please everyone all the time! Our room was cleaned and linen and towels changed everyday. I don’t do that at home🤭. We had a standard double room and was big enough for both of us and the bed was huge😂. The bar and restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic nothing was too much trouble for them. If you had a problem or a question they would go over and beyond to answer or resolve the problem or question for you. It has two swimming pools and a paddling pool for kiddies. Over abundance of sun beds so no fighting 😂. It seemed that the all the staff work as a well oiled team as it showed when we had a rare storm as everyone pulled together to clean rooms and floors. If I could I would give this hotel 10 stars it’s really good value for money. We stayed for six weeks and didn’t want to come home. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year."

"Stayed here for 10 nights, with partner and 2yr old son. First time in turkey and enjoyed. The hotel was very clean and staff friendly but managers seemed to be a little rude and unhelpful . Miss communication over charges eg fridge in room, safety deposit box etc etc. we didn’t have a key for to the safety deposit box in our room (which we needed) however due to the previous guests taken it home the hotel had no spare keys. Annoyingly we had to carry our money daily with us and jewellery and iPad no effort was made to move rooms or offer another box. Charged at end of stay for fridge use even though on arrival we were told no charge - we paid but the management failed to see our point we were told we wouldn’t need to! Past from one manager to another and no resolution so just paid. Pools were clean and big, rooms were tiny and balcony even worse no table only 2 chairs so that was a disappointment sadly. Location was perfect and close to all amenities, town and beach. Food was delicious and something that really impressed us was the cleaners and standards even tipped them on our last day. Would I stay here again not personally and that’s not negative just recommend a better hotel and didn’t tick all the boxes for us."

"Stayed at Majestic Hotel from 4th September for 10 nights was allocated a ground floor room on A Block due to me being a wheelchair user and room was a great size. Staff all very polite. Location fab and loads on the door step. Definitely be returning."
