"Myself and my new husband married in Oulideniz this September and is safe to say things didn't go to plan ! 😱 unfortunately on the day of our wedding we had a flash flood however the staff went above and beyond to support us in our time of need even though they were also facing a crisis themselves Isa a member of staff in the bar and restaurant was very supportive and helpful throughout our stay as was our cleaning lady who often left our room not only spotless but left our bed with beautiful decoration (apologies to the lady in question as there was a language barrier) the facilities were excellent as was the food and service can't praise the hotel, staff and service enough 😊 thank you all for everything we will never forget our stay and your kindness Mr & Mrs Crowden AKA Zoe & Stu .xx"

"We booked a 3-night stay in a 'Classic Jacuzzi Room' through Agoda (10,200 TL) at the Karbelsun Hotel and generally liked it very much. The rooms were as modern and stylish as they appeared online, the pool had incredibly refreshing water, and the restaurant, which we found excellent in terms of both taste and variety, were the strongest highlights of our stay. However, this beautiful resort is not perfect due to some basic service and comfort deficiencies; for example, it's truly surprising that there's no Wi-Fi in the rooms even though it's the year 2026. Expecting a large double bed only to be met with two very firm single beds joined together, coupled with occasional shortcomings in housekeeping services, somewhat diminished our comfort. The fact that breakfast time is limited to just two hours is also causing some anxiety; extending this time would be much more enjoyable. The fact that only two bottles of water are left in the minibar on the day of arrival and that it is not replenished afterwards does not really fit the hotel's vision; therefore, be prepared to buy your own water from the market and consider alternatives such as buying pizza from Migros in the evenings to avoid the generally high prices in Ölüdeniz. Despite all these minor flaws, I can confidently give it a 4 out of 10 for its design, refreshing pool, and food, which made for a wonderful holiday. It could be even better if these shortcomings were addressed."

"Where do I start. Hotel location is brilliant, then it gets worse. Rooms not very clean and bathroom very very tired and flooded every time we had showers. We were supposed to have a garden view we had a view of a scrapyard Room 19 .I have read other reviews and it was very different experience than I had . Sunbeds all took by 8 30am .Breakfast was not good unless you want to queue 15 minutes to get a egg .The staff had faces as miserable as sin .The orange juice is diluted pop. Had to go to the reception a couple of times and the receptionist couldn't or didn't want to understand English . Not our first visit to Oludeniz and it is beautiful. Just not this hotel."
