"What can I say but AMAZING!!!!! First time as a family of 3 to the hotel and Turkey and was not disappointed from start to finish. That's why we have already booked to go back this year 2026 and 2027 in October already.
Arrival was friendly fast and efficient, reception staff explained everything clearly and what a lovely touch taking our bags to the room and showing us everything that the hotel offered.
Travelling with the number of dietary requirements - Celiac, nut and a teenager with a newly diagnose dairy intolerance we were very apprehensive going all inclusive. How wrong I was. All the chefs were amazing at explaining to us what we could or could not eat, especially Nebi (first class Chef) ensured my son has a dairy free pudding, even one evening ran across to us as he noticed he had picked up chicken (thinking it was ok) but it has been marinated on yogurt and stopped him from taking it, to then go and cook him a fresh piece of chicken. I was totally blown away by their care and attention. Coupled with the gluten free bread and all the variety on offer, never did we not have full bellies leaving the restaurant, especially on Sunday with the roast. Also the chefs in the pool bar area, were great at understanding our requirements when making burgers etc. Shout out to all the chefs - Thank you for all you did. The table staff were very attentive and always looking to top up your drinks and clear your plates. Yes, there were a few stray cats but the staff did a good job to get them away and it is only because you see other quests feeding them they come back!
As for housekeeping a big shout out to Filiz D - she was lovely. From ensuring our deluxe double room was spotless clean, clean towels, water topped up , even understanding when we asked her not to use the air freshener which made my husband feel nasally (allergies), to her very caring advice when my husband was not feel great (nothing hotel related), to allowing me to attempt my very poor Turkish, I learnt a lot. Thank you.
The hotel itself was spotless everyday. The location on the beach front was perfect and only a few meters walk to the start of the 'strip'. The shops and people up and down the street were friendly, no hard sales techniques. We did venture to a couple of bars to watch the football - recommend the Tiki bar upstairs on the corner as you turn into the main street on the left or the Cherry Shisha bar - both friendly, welcomed our teenager and reasonable prices. We did not eat here as the hotel food was first class but it did look very good if you are wanting something different.
Final shout out to Iikor - you have made a friend for life in our son. You and the bar staff were brilliant. Made an effort to talk and get to know us. It was great to understand more about the Belcekiz and surrounding area and you all worked tirelessly especially as part way through our stay was the 25th Air Games - which was spectacular to sit and watch from the bar area. Nothing was too much trouble. Iikor you are a credit to the hotel. Even giggled at us trying to get into a very fresh pool (it was cold and did wish it was heated) but we had a great time especially playing water volleyball everyday with entertain team!!
We are counting down the days will be return in October 2026 and seeing you all at the Belcekiz Beach Club."
