"Well we've just got back from this excellent Hotel . Stayed from 21st October till 28th October, our first time in Turkey and we will definitely be back even though we were sightly unlucky with the weather as it rained for the last 3 days , this did not put us off . We went for a deluxe room which was lovely , clean and modern with a comfortable bed . The room seemed I little small for 3 people but can't complain and soon got used to it . The food is truly excellent and anyone who is worried about eating in Turkey need not worry as there was something for everyone (even chicken nuggets as chips ) .We personally loved the choices of food and I have to say the roast beef Sunday dinner was probably the best tasting I've ever had .We were all inclusive and were proper looked after , All the Hotel staff work hard to make you welcome and wait on you hand and foot . The location is superb , you literally walk out of the hotel and onto the beach with beautiful mountains as a backdrop. There was a paragliding event going on for the first few days of our stay and they were landing right outside the hotel which was great to watch . My son did paragliding while we there and loved it . Plenty of bars and shops 2 minutes walk form the hotel but with the all inclusive being so good we were ate anywhere else .. The Hotel has to be one of the best in the area and many guests we spoke to were returning multiple times as we will defiantly be doing the same . Don't let the odd bad review put you off as I really can't understand how they can fault this hotel."

"After several visits to this hotel - once again it has been a fabulous holiday. However, I feel that some of the hotel is now looking very dated and unkempt. Particularly the pool and pool bar area which really does warrant a makeover. As usual the food and service as been excellent although there is still a problem in the Plaza Bar on an evening when it is very busy (group nights) mainly due to outside guests ordering cocktails etc which makes the bar staff incredibly busy and the service towards hotel guests during these times has fallen a bit! The hotel has always prided itself on its impeccable service towards its hotel guests. Hopefully they will not lose sight of this if they wish to continue receiving the many loyal returning guests. The entertainment team have been very good, particularly the girls and Billy who always has a smile and takes time to speak to everybody. Unfortunately, Elvis seemed a little distant this time, not really interacting much with guests and on some occasions completely ignoring them! Maybe due to the end of the season, but he needs to buck up if he plans on returning to the team next year. In summary, despite the above, we still had a wonderful holiday and hope to return again next year."

"We really enjoyed our stay, the pool waiters were very attentive and really made us feel special, the only negative was the sun bed older man and the younger sun bed boy they were so rude to so many people, we spent alot of money on this holiday and don't appreciate being spoken to like a bit of dirt on his shoe. The massage ladies were incredible, the food was amazing, and our room was super comfortable. We hope the older man and boy relax and learn to speak to people nicely then we would love to return."
