Belcekiz Beach Club

"Returned for our second stay in May and was not disappointed. Greeted with a friendly face Abdi who remembered us and gave a high five to our son which was a super start to our arrival even if it was after midnight. Reception team, efficient and welcoming as always. Our deluxe room was perfect, lovely and clean plenty of room and fridge topped with water and juice - thank you. Once again the staff were all brilliant. A nice addition this year to the entertainment team is Abby (who is English) who compliments Air and Elvis in getting everyone joining in the activities (if it's your thing) we loved the water volleyball. Like they take the time out to get to know you and there's no pressure to join in. A new face for the bar team was Mazlum and what a great addition to the team. Great sense of customer service, friendly, helpful, even helped us with our attempts at speaking Turkish!!! He has blended in well with the established bar staff and as always they were all good. Icker was superb and great to see him back he certainly runs a fantastic team whilst remaining friendly calm and customer focused. House keeping was first class, shout out to Philis she remembered us and that we could not have air freshener products sprayed. Our room was cleaned and fresh towels as we needed them. The standard of cleanliness was brilliant. The food did not disappoint again, first class. Plenty of options for all especially us as we have several allergens in our family. Good to see improved signage for this, just would have loved a few more nut free and dairy free pudding options but saying this the chefs were able to get dairy free ice cream for our son which was a delight and amazing they went out of their way to ensure he had a pudding. Nothing worse than a grumpy teenager!!!! This is truly a great hotel for every thing including location in the beach front, private allocated sun loungers on the beach, not even a minute from the main strip it is pretty perfect. Counting down to return this October and cannot wait. See you all soon."

"After 10 plus visits to Belcekiz, once again we had the perfect time. It was lovely to see all the familiar faces - like home from home. The food standards are still superb and there is something for everyone to enjoy. The attention of the staff is still fantastic and they are a credit to the hotel, all of them. There are none I would leave out. They are all fabulous. We always book the Deluxe rooms now as they are lovely and done to a high standard. There is always hot water and the rooms are always cleaned. There are 2 new treadmills in the gym so it's a start and some new dumbbells have been added 😁 Lets hope next year the rest of the kit has been replaced. But the gym is just a personal thing that I always use when I am on holiday. But others may read this and be hopeful they can get a workout in. Keep up the good work and we will see you all again next year."
