Verde Beach Hotel

"Location is amazing right on the beach free beach beds ( very comfy) and umbrellas an absolute bonus and no issues getting a bed either. Also not noisy during day very relaxing & the sea in this area perfect for swimming The staff -the friendliest hotel we have stayed in -the managers were so helpful even on the last day making a room available so we could shower. The bar staff also were really friendly. The breakfast -we would have liked some yogurt & pastries but there was loads of bread, fruit & hot choices. It was 30 min walk or quick bus ride into centre of Marmaris along the strip loads of choices of restaurants/ bars along the way. The sea veiw rooms at the front have a lot of noise from the red lion bar below and the bar next door which stops around 12.45am. Bear in mind it can still be noisy after this moving tables & closing bar down. They were really helpful and moved us twice We eventually down graded to a room near the back -less noise."

We already plan to go back next year, rooms are refurbished, all staff treat you well, red lion bar is lively every night, once again thank you and see you next year"

"This hotel was extremely disappointing after all the great reviews we had read online. We came here for a week’s holiday and not once was the room cleaned despite asking four times during our stay (TWICE in one day)! We left the ‘please clean’ sign on every day and came back to it turned off… we suspect the cleaners were entering the room and turning this sign off so they didn’t have to clean the room. In 40 degree heat, a change of sheets and fresh towels isn’t a hard ask. The staff seemed unbothered and only did something about our complaint when asked multiple times. The bin also was never cleared. We arent sure if the hotel were aware of the cleaning staff being absent but after multiple complaints they were made aware. The room & hotel itself were okay, but the hospitality was shocking. However, the red lion bar at front of the hotel was great! The food was really tasty and reasonably priced."
