"Following reading all the good reviews before booking this hotel , we thought we had made a good choice from the reviews for our family holiday. How wrong we were. It’s been one of the worst holidays we have been on. Rooms- we booked a family room and paid extra . Our room had Damp and mould in it. It was painted over and then came through a couple of days later. We was all poorly and had bad chests , coughing all the time. Once I spotted the mould and damp I contacted reception. She was a really snotty lady who said they was full booked and we could not move . I told her that the room was not adequate to stay in and we was all ill. I then got the Jet2 rep who spoken to the manager and we moved rooms . Food - The food was not up to the standard that it should be. Very bland and cold . It’s was like a load of slop and not what I expected after reading the brilliant reviews. The food was extremely disappointing. Entertainment- The main shows on at 9.00. Ie acrobatics, Dancers etc was good . Then …………….10.00pm if you like a rave with bump , bump,bump. So loud that you can not hear yourself think every evening. This even went on to early hours . It was blasting out . So loud that if you had small children then I wouldn’t recommend. It would have been ok the odd night . But not everyone on holiday wants to listen to that racket. It was so loud. It’s meant to be a family hotel. Not a rave hotel. It was so awful we had to go out of evening to get away from the noice levels. Not a chilling relaxing holiday that we thought we was going on. Dancers- we was informed from jet2 that the hotel would have dancers and competition on. This was salsa dancers who thought they owned the hotel. We had to keep listening to the same salsa songs over and over again. Plus the dancing competition on. The hotel wasn’t bothered about the other guests . Just looked to please all the dancers. The Turkish dancers did not give a high hooters about the other guests, they was rude and left a mess all around the hotel. Extremely noisy and shouting and screaming early hours of the morning. Even to the stage where us as a family left our towels down to go and get lunch. On our return our towels ripped off the beds and thrown on the floor. We had bands on the bed to show they was taken and also other guests said we had only gone for lunch. On our return I approached the dancers and asked why had they taken out towels off the beds we had just been for lunch and not even been gone an hour. How dare they throw our towels on the floor. Rude , ignorant people. Staff - we found the staff hard working and polite . No complaints here. Only for the lady on the reservations team . Who said the hotel was booked and we could change rooms. Which was a lie cause we changed rooms. She was rude and needed to be put on a customer service course. I would never 👎 ever stay at this hotel again. I would never recommend it to anybody. I have stayed at loads of hotels and traveled a lot. This is not as good as the reviews say. Don’t book it and waste your money. Stay at the Tui blue grand Azure or green nature diamond instead. Good point the lovely jetty’s d beach."

"We arrived from the airport at around 2am due to our flight being delayed. After checking in, we collected our keys and were driven to our room on a golf buggy. Three adults and one 16yr old. Two bedroom two bathroom family room. First room had a double bed, second room had a single bed and a chair, that was all. Thinking we had been given the wrong room, I went back to reception to be told that the chair is a bed and they would send some one to set it up. Turkish guy appeared who spoke zero English except ok arrived and sarcastically da da’s when he opens the chair tutting to himself. Called reception, no bedding, no pillows, the room is clearly set up for three people. Bearing in mind we paid £1000 each for this was ridiculous. He dragged a dirty mattress out from under the chair and put a flat sheet over it. Took a pillow off the other bed and said it will be sorted tomorrow. Three days I complained that one bed still didn’t have a quilt and all beds had two pillows each but this was not delivered and I gave up. I was emailed about a month before to say that a dance contest is being hosted at the hotel in the conference room and the facilities may be busier than usual for that time of the year. It turns out that about 500 Turkish people were hosting a salsa competition, sequins and satin everywhere is fine, what is really irritating was all bars played only salsa music so the couples could practically bloody day. Restaurant has a decent amount of food, not always hot. Staff are very good, cleaning and brings drinks and refills when you need. All other food places, not especially clean. Floors have ice cream, fizzy drinks spilled in the floor so ants and all Around the pool area and it seems the place has constant flies everywhere. The floor round the pool area does not appear to ever get cleaned so we used the jetty at the beach instead. The lemon cafe tables were always dirty and sticky so never used them. Good selection of cakes there. Kebab place was popular Our room cleaning, beds were made and towels swapped, no cleaning completed over ten days. I would not come back to this hotel"
