"I took my family of 5 for our first time to turkey staying in the beautiful Anastasia club hotel on arrival in the am hours we were exhausted from travelling an couldn’t wait to get into bed an we weren’t disappointed on our first looks of the beautiful pool in the centre of the hotel, we did run into the slight issue of not enough bed sheets for 3 of us in one room but easily booked an extra room for not a huge amount of money, dawn the receptionist was there in the morning an this lady is exceptional there isn’t nothing she will not do to help her guests, my youngest daughter had heat rash an dawn helped tremendously then my daughter had food poisoning from a restaurant in marmaris city dawn was again on hand an so attentive an caring offering for a doctor to be called an helping calm my nerves, all the staff are wonderful and the management were so helpful. We made wonderful friends and the food was fantastic, the whole experience was second to none an my children an me had an amazing time an will most definitely be returning to club Anastasia next year an look forward to seeing dawn again ( dawn thank you so so much an try not to work to hard) The guy family ♥️"

"This Place Needs A Refurb & Quick. Out Dated Rooms. Doors Didn't Lock, Handles To Cupboards In Room Was Loose & Fell Off When Tried Using Them. Mouldy Tiles & Broken Fittings. Had Dirty Bed Sheets Fitted After Cleaners Had Been. No Entertainment Most Of The Holiday To The Point We Was The Only Family Sat By The Pool One Night. Undercooked Food & Plastic In Drinks From The Bar. Dirty Toddler Swimming Pool With Loose Tiles Around The Pool Too. Broken Kids Play Area. Smell Of Weed Around The Hotel. Cockroachs Around The Hotel. Been To Turkey For Many Years & Never Experienced A Hotel Like It. Only Good Thing From The Team Was Chuckie From The Entertainment Team. Who Tried His Best, But Lack Of People Made His Job Very Hard . With Some TLC It Might Be A Good Place But With The Good Reviews We Had Seen Before We Arrived. We Was Expecting To Write The Same. But I Wouldn't Recommend To Anyone And Sorry To Say I Wouldn't Return."

"We have just returned from a 10 day stay and was pleasantly surprised! having booked this hotel quick and last minute with the stress we had previously gone through because of cancelled flights! I can honestly say that we had a lovely time, all the staff were all friendly enough. Although, we weren’t ones for joining in the pool activities during the day it was clear to see saw our hard working the entertainment team were getting everyone together and people enjoying themselves. The rooms aren’t that bad and ours got cleaned everyday with the cleaners being pleasant enough. A big shout out goes to Dawn on reception she’s English and practically runs the hotel, nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she tries her upmost best to sort out any problems. The hotel isn’t that far from the beach and there is plenty of bars, restaurants and shops along the way, we definitely made the right decision staying here and would highly recommend."
