Aqua Princess Hotel

"This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic position. The breakfast was lovely and we had dinner a couple of times which was also good . Staff all very welcoming and friendly. It is situated just a short walk from the centre of the old town but quiet (well other than the crazy drivers ). It is right on the sea front with its own bathing platforms. rooms were spotles and cleaned daily . The terrace bar is a lovely spot to watch the sunset from . However this is not a hotel for anyone with mobility issues as there is no lift and despite the fact that we were on the second floor there was still almost 100 steps up to our room from the entrance . The steps down to the bathing area are not great and that area needs some care and attention. Room was of a decent size and we had a good sized balcony with fabulous views . However storage in the rooms is inadequate, the wardrobe is extremly small and there is no other storage space in the rooms which is a real design fault for anyone staying more than a couple of days ."

"I stayed at Aqua Princess Hotel in Kaş from 1 to 7 October 2026, travelling alone. On 3 October, a male employee asked for my Instagram while helping with my luggage during his shift. That evening he invited me through Instagram to a quiet bar. Instead of taking me to a bar, he took me on his scooter to a deserted hilltop behind the ancient theatre. When it started raining, I asked to go back to the hotel and he agreed. He then drove me to another isolated area on the Çukurbağ peninsula instead. I again clearly asked to go back, but he dragged me off the road through the bushes to his tent. In the tent, despite my repeated refusals, he forcibly hugged and touched me, turned my face to kiss me by force, and forced me down onto the mattress. He tried to force me to have sex with him. I refused and asked to leave many times. He told me maybe in a month, and that I would stay in his tent that night. I managed to get away, asked a gendarmerie patrol for help, and reported the assault to the police. The case is now with the public prosecutor's office. I am awaiting the decision on criminal prosecution. The next day, the owner did not contact me. I had to ask several staff members repeatedly before he agreed to meet me. He insisted the hotel had no responsibility because it happened after work hours and outside the hotel. He did not apologise, refused a refund, and only offered a transfer to a sister hotel, giving me two hours to decide. Police later informed me that a female receptionist had told them I was strange and of bad character, and that I was always coming and going. This is not true: it rained for days and I spent most of my time at the hotel or on its beach. She also called the employee a good man, said what happened was normal and no big deal, and said I was overreacting. How a hotel responds when a guest is assaulted by its staff and goes to the police shows its values. The owner's priority was to deny responsibility. A female employee tried to discredit me to the police and defended the man I reported. I do not understand how a woman could do this to another woman asking for help. I would strongly advise travellers, especially women travelling alone, to think carefully before staying here."

"We checked into the hotel on September 15. The two weeks were like a dream. A quiet and beautiful vacation hotel that I can highly recommend. The staff is excellent, the food is fantastic. We will definitely be back. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team! ❤️👍👏"
