"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Ruins Luxury Resort and genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. We were staying to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, and the team were incredibly accommodating, arranging flowers, balloons and breakfast delivered to our room. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they made the occasion feel really special. The breakfasts every morning were amazing. The selection and quality of food were fantastic, and there was always more than we could possibly eat! The service throughout our stay was equally impressive. Every member of staff was friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming. Whether it was reception, the restaurant team or housekeeping, everyone always had a smile on their face and would say hello whenever you walked past. The reception team in particular were brilliant. Whatever we asked for, they were always happy to help and made everything feel effortless. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings and a lovely beach club. We were also kindly given a complimentary room upgrade, which was a really nice surprise and made our stay even better. The rooms were immaculate, and housekeeping did a fantastic job every day. What really stood out to us was how consistently good everything was. It’s rare to stay somewhere where every single member of staff makes you feel so welcome and nothing ever seems like too much trouble. We honestly couldn’t recommend Ruins Luxury Resort highly enough. A beautiful place, exceptional hospitality and a genuinely memorable experience. We’d happily return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special!"

"Overall we had a good experience as the hotel, location and staff (especially Ibrahim) were great. However, two things spoilt our enjoyment. The first night a private party was being held in the hotel with music so loud it was impossible to sleep. We gave up trying at midnight and moved rooms as the staff could not tell us when the party would end and would not turn the music down. Secondly on two other of the four nights we were in the hotel there was a private function in the only hotel restaurant so we had to eat out."
