Swissotel Bodrum Beach Resort

"See pics attached GM and F&B manager are aware and incapable to follow hygiene or environmental standards. Horrible experience - the beach restaurant is being served from a kitchen that is located behind toilets which are also filled with cracks and bugs and mosquitos."

"Swissotel in TurgutReis has an excellent location with beautiful beach in this lovely town of Turgutreis. While the hotel was full, we never felt that it was very crowded. We were always able to find space on the beach and the deck. The staff members were very polite and friendly and our rooms were always cleaned in a timely manner. Breakfast around main restaurant next to the pool area was great. Most of the food at the breakfast was sourced locally from the Aegean region. Cheese, olives and jams were very fresh and delicious. Lunch is also served at the main restaurant and on the deck at the beach area. The choices were great. When it comes for dinner in the evening, there is a problem. The only place which is open for dinner is at the roof top Italian restaurant, Monachello, which is relatively small and always full, particularly during the weekends. This makes it very stressful since you have to make reservations every time for dinner. Sometimes, they miss your reservations. I would have easily given 5 stars for this hotel. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to limited dining option for dinner. Last not the least, this hotel is very conveniently located on the seaside. There is a walking/jogging path which takes you TurgutReis Marina after a half an hour walk. This was a great seaside path which we walked almost every evening during our stay. We will definitely come back to hotel again next year."
