"We arrived and were escorted ti our room which was good but That was as good as it got. We had previously stayed at this hotel in may of this year and put the poor room service to being the start of the year but here we are again in October and the room service has got worse. The rooms are never cleaned properly, drinks and condiments not replenished no toilet rolls even after asking 2 days on the trot. The management of this hotel are disgraceful. The hotel has great potential but the management needs to get changed. We spoke to a couple that caught one of the cleaners going through her handbag as she didn't realise they were on the balcony, when reported to management they said the cleaner concerned was not that sort of person. So the couple concerned booked an early flight home. I can't believe in this day and age a hotel can be run in such a disgraceful manner. The MyElla resort is a disgrace to the area which is ashamed as Tregeries as a lovely place to visit. I would bit recommend this hotel at all. I have stayed in many hotels across Turkey and this has to be the worst ever. Please consider the Arin or the Le blanche if staying in this area please dont come here."
