"Room very nice. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff excllent but food not good. We were only allowed to book the restaurant twice during our stay and the food was much better. The burger bar closed half way through our stay which was the best place to get lunch.The sun beds were uncomfortable and beach towels awful. We would not stay again."

"It didn’t start very well, as I felt a sense of unfriendliness during my first day of staying. It was the end of the season literally the last week before the hotel closed for winter but I still expected that this wouldn’t affect my long-awaited holiday. After expressing my concerns, I did notice a huge effort from the team to make things right. A big thank you to Emrah, Berkan, Sam, John, and Mumu – it was great to finally see smiling faces and genuine hospitality. However, the main downside for me was the experience with the front desk/guest relations. I’m not sure if it was due to a language barrier or communication style (I doubt it, since I’ve been to Bodrum three times and Turkish hospitality is usually top-notch – even better than where I’m from, Bali, Indonesia). The ladies at the front desk didn’t seem to handle guest concerns well; they came across as defensive and almost patronizing. For example, when I shared my concern, Essan replied, “So what do you want from us to make this better? If you don’t decide, I will decide the next action for you.” — which felt quite harsh as a guest expecting hospitality. Property-wise, the communal areas appear recently renovated, with modern and appealing design. However, the rooms are quite outdated, especially the bathroom. The water drains in both the shower and sink are rusty and emit unpleasant smells. Amenities are very limited — not even facial tissues, just toilet paper. The bed was hard, and the linen not soft to the touch. Aircon was noisy and couldn't maintain the temperature. The food was okay, but lacked variation on daily basis; the beef dishes were dry and under-seasoned, fish options are not boneless (those little bones inside the flesh). On a positive note, the drinks were good for an all-inclusive — cocktails were made à la minute and not pre-batched, which I appreciated. Another bit of feedback: I know it was the end of the season, but I wish there had been some entertainment, especially on October 31st. My son was expecting something fun for Halloween, but there was nothing planned — even a small trick-or-treat activity would have been lovely. Would I come back? Maybe, because of the wonderful people I mentioned earlier — but honestly, I didn’t enjoy the room and couldn’t wait to go home to my own bed, which is rare for me when staying at a 5-star hotel. On a bright note, I absolutely loved all the big dogs around the property — they left the best impression on us! 🐾 Also the view and the beach are amazing, great sunset too!"

"The Arin Resort in Turgutries is a fantastic location for a relaxed, laid back holiday. The area is great, about a 10-15 minute walk into Turgutries centre. When we arrived we were delighted to learn that we had been upgraded to the Anex complex. We were escorted to this area by the lovely bell boy who helped us with our cases and drove us round in a golf cart.(really nice touch to the holiday we'd never done that before) The rooms here were beautiful, spacious, quiet and had the most superb view of the sea. All of the staff here are extremely friendly and highly attentive. The food for the whole two weeks was divine. If you can't find something you like to eat here theres something seriously wrong with you. The food in the restaurant is really good, the food down by the pool in an afternoon is fantastic, especially the kebabs. (Tip: on your return home, the staff will he happy for you to take a doner wrap to the airport with you, will be cold by the time you get there but still delicious. Beats paying £25 a meal in Bodrum Airport) The annimation team are absolutely brilliant, try and get everyone involved to feel part of it. Big shoutout to Momo, lovely guy and absolutely fantastic at his job. I've never felt more relaxed on a holiday before, I've never seen my parents so relaxed. This was a holiday to remember for sure. Also the cats and dogs around there are so beautiful I can't wait to see them again. I will return at the start of the season in May and I can't wait to return to ❤️"
