"My partner and I had a lovely stay at this hotel! Everything was great, from the delicious food to the friendly staff and excellent service. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Samira for helping us when we had a problem. She was so kind, helpful, and professional, and she did everything she could to make things right. I was really happy with the way she handled the situation, and I truly appreciate her help. It’s always nice to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests and wants them to have the best experience possible. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the service we received. Thank you to the whole team, especially Samira, for making our experience even better! We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back."

"I just cannot understand the positive reviews. We are very easy going make the best of it types, and the weather was not on our side (obviously not the resorts fault), but even we struggled to stay positive. The cleanliness generally was poor, and most things are broken (indoor pool lights, most of the gym equipment, one of the elevators, multiple doorways and flooring etc). The food is as lukewarm as the shower in our room. Service around the resort is hit and miss. It's difficult to order anything other than beer or wine as every bar seems to do it differently....and every bar serves every drink in a plastic cup....such a shame as location is stunning and clearly this place was loved once upon a time."

"We were there with a small group of 3 people from 09.30 to 13.10. 2026. A private transfer from the airport was ordered. So we arrived with amenities. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The first impression of a hotel is always formed by the exterior of the reception. We have never seen a more shabby reception area. Usually even 3*-4* hotels try to make the first impression of the hotel favorable. But here... it's even hard to compare with anything. No luxurious chandeliers, coverings, decorations, pictures, soft comfortable furniture – nothing like that was there at all. Since we all have musculoskeletal problems, we asked to be housed in the center of the complex near the elevator. It should be noted that the hotel is located on the mountainside. Stairs everywhere, steps, up-and-down paths. It is extremely difficult for elderly people with problematic feet to move around. Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to people over 60. There is one large elevator and one small one leading to the beach. But it won't take you right to the beach either. When exiting the elevator to get to the beach, you have to go down another set of stairs or a rather steep inclined road. There is the beach itself and there are wooden platforms leading out to the sea. Lie-down benches are arranged in several rows on the platforms. For some reason, there are no mattresses on the loungers, like in other hotels. Cool metal ladders lead into the water, very slippery, covered in algae at the bottom. In the two weeks we were there, the stairs were never cleaned of algae! One of the two ladders was shaking desperately. People tried not to use it. There was also a piece of a regular beach. But the entrance to the sea from it was very rocky! Moreover, the stones were boulders. Whoever had special shoes could enter the sea. To get from the beach to the toilet, you also had to climb the "difficult" stairs or crawl up the hill. There was only a beach bar on the beach. It's worth noting, quite good, with European drinks. All the hotel bars were supplied with quality European alcohol. What else can be noted as positive? The numbers themselves were good. But to get to the room, a certain effort was required. To my number, 13 rather high, rough steps led. Every time I thought: I hope I don't fall! The food in the restaurant was quite good. Service staff Almost didn't speak English! Generally! Even the bartenders only knew the names of cocktails and brands of alcohol. These were the limits of the knowledge. Not to mention the restaurant staff and maids. I don't know what principle they hire staff on??? It seems the first requirement is knowledge of languages! At least English! At least at a primitive level! Sometimes it reached absurdity. It was hard to explain, for example, that we needed to bring more water to the room. You show with gestures, you show an empty bottle – they'll bring anything, just not what is needed. The overall configuration in the numbers also left much to be desired. Since the three of us occupied three rooms, we were naturally especially well aware of how things were. One didn't have a "shaving" mirror in the bathroom, another had a robe, and the third had coffee/tea. The last one required constant reminders. What if the maid doesn't understand you at all? Even though the guest card listed 2 phone numbers that supposedly could be called at the reception, no one managed to do it, not once!!! To be fair, it should be noted that you could have reported your problem via WhatsApp. Fortunately, we somehow managed to get their contact there. They wrote there in English. And any problem was solved instantly. But not all hotel guests will guess that the connection is kept in this way. Mostly everyone tried either to call the guest number provided in the card or had to go to the reception every time. I remind you that moving around this hotel with my own limbs was quite difficult. Yes, I almost forgot. To get the beach towels, you had to go down somewhere into a dungeon, about 60-70 steps. There, deep in the dungeon, there were a shop, a hairdresser, and spa services. To use them, you needed strong and very healthy legs! So this hotel is for young, healthy, and not too demanding people!"
