"Lovely clean hotel with lovely staff. Food in the buffet restayrant was plentiful and good. The snack bar (open 12noon until 4pm) was great. Chips, kebabs, pizza, salad, onion rings etc. Pool were great especially the water slides. The evening entertaining was dissapointing"

"We have stayed at a range of AI resorts across Turkey as a family of 4 (2x teenagers). This is an honest review that may help people choose. Pros: The rooms are spacious and all face towards to the sea with balconies. The rooms are turned down early each day but the mini bar is not replenished. We had an adjoining door so was great for our girls to have their own space and mess! Beds are firm and spacious but have limited scratchy blankets that may not be for everyone! There are a number of outdoor pools and easy access to the beach. No major issues getting a sunbed but it was early half term for us. Lifeguards are usually pretty busy on their phones. The water park is great with big and small slides with no queues. There are some separate slides that the kids loved. The beach front is nice and easy to access with options to pay for water sports/ activities each day. Bring a snorkel/ goggles and you will see plenty of fish through the day. There are plenty of places to get drinks- all paper cups. There is a small pancake station that serves great savoury and sweet options straight from the hot plate. Cons: The food is very repetitive even for a AI with no themed or major changes in a week. Most of the food is not immediately fresh and tended to be luke warm. It definitely felt like the end of the season so staff tired and ready for a break. An honest assessment would be you get what you pay for. If you get it at a reasonable price and happy with 3.5 star equivalent- go for it. If you want genuine 5 star there are many more options but probably priced higher. It may be a very different place in the summer holidays- I’d check other people’s reviews."

"Room nice and sea view. We quickly noticed that the food was always the same, it was generally cold and hardly any choice for kids, that’s if you were lucky enough to get the kids food, our toddler had roast potatoes and cake the night we left and my other kids cake and toast as the kids food was gone. Breakfast buffet all over the place. There were birds eating from the food bar outside, with no reaction from staff, my kids were running up to them to get them to fly off, flies and wasps around food, barely anything covered up. Serious food safety issues. One of the kids was very sick before boarding plane and during flight home. Pools and water parks were too cold to spend any decent time in. Had to keep calling to refill our mini bar as we had no water. Very loud music until 2 am and barely anything for kids to do in the evening apart from a very short kids disco which was mostly Turkish music. Shop was stupidly expensive. Should not be shown as a 5 star hotel. Al a carte was lovely though. Beach was lovely and water fairly warm. One thing though is the door to the balcony has no lock or the door to the corridor. We had to put a table in front of the door incase any of the kids tried to open the door in the night as one sleep walks. Also no iron, you have to pay to get stuff ironed"
