"Excellent stay 12-19th June
Family with a 5 year old and elderly Mum.
Hotel
First off, the hotel is absolutely immaculate and is constantly being cleaned. The hotel lobby is marble and feels very luxurious. In the entrance lobby they have Little Turkish delight sweets and homemade cookies with juice were a nice touch and yummy. Everything is so close together and wheelchair accessible.
Special mention to Rifki on reception for ensuring we had a lovely bedroom, I needed one close to the lobby and not too far for my Mum to walk after hip surgery. Thank you so much!
Special mention also to Esra the bedroom maid. room was spotless and towels changed every day. Lovely touch was a towel display with rose petals on the bed one day.

We paid extra for a family bedroom with 2 rooms for my family with my 70 year old mum and 5 year old daughter this was well worth it. Just felt like you had a little more space to move about in the room and not be on top of each other. We were on the first floor with a little balcony too which was lovely. Great thing about this hotel - every single room faces the sea. Amazing view!
Air con worked perfectly
Shower hot and powerful - very nice
Hairdryer built into the bathroom no need to take your own/ it was powerful.
Restaurants
There are themed à la carte restaurants you can book with the hotels guests relations lady in reception - she was so lovely and friendly. You can book Mexican, seafood, Italian and Indian. The seafood is the restaurant down by the beach we never went but it looked amazing. We booked the Indian which was nice and service lovely, but it just didn’t blow us away. But was a nice break from the main restaurant for one evening.
The main restaurant had absolutely everything
They had endless displays of meat, salads, breads, cheeses, fish, soups, Turkish cuisine, burgers, wraps, chips, spaghetti, themed nights like Japanese with sushi, salmon… yogurts,
sauces, 30-40 types of desserts.
You will find something to eat.
Kids buffet 7-8.30 spaghetti, chips and nuggets.
Pool snack bar
This was great, they had meat, burgers, chips, salad, homemade pizza all restocked constantly. Sometimes we grabbed lunched here a few times instead of the main restaurant.
They had ice lollies too which you could help yourself too which was a lovely touch save the kids asking all the time.
Water bottles were in large drink fridges all about the site too which was a nice touch. Grab and go. Another lovely treat was slush puppies, a nice touch in the heat, my daughter and us loved them.
Main pool bar
Always extremely quick friendly service everywhere. They use decent spirits too, drinks extremely nice. Coffees very nice too. Even the English breakfast tea was really nice! That’s rare to get a nice tea. Cocktails were lovely too.
Tip: Ask for nuts at the bar - lovely mix of salted and plain nuts in a pot.
Beach
Beach was lovely. Again always a bed free. The sea was beautiful. They have the main beach bar near and the tiny other Seafood restaurant bar open too - that’s next to the swim up bedrooms.
Beach huts / we didn’t use these but if you want one you need to reserve it with guest relations in reception. They have a lovely pier too with sunbeds on with a ladder into the sea.
Tip. If you haven’t young kids, I always take a cheap watercolour paint set. Grab a coffee cup of sea water and she paints the rocks and seashells.
Turkish Crepes
Lovely Turkish lady making crepes hidden just behind the main pool bar near the beach bar. She makes them to order, with potato, mince and cheese or Nutella Chocolate ones! These were delicious!
Pools
Main large pool: entertainment team did the aqua gym and dances here, very lovely area with music playing, really fun area to be around. There always sun bed free anytime of the day.
Small slide pool:
Slides open 12-2pm only but the pool was always open just the slides were limited to 2 hours while the splash park closed 12-2pm
We loved this little pool, was perfect for my 5 year old and 70 year old mum. Was a little quieter too, but I could still hear the Music from the main pool which was nice.
Splash park (Child section)
This was incredible, my girl loved it! It was great fun for us adults too. We never went to the large splash park for adults and teenagers because we had a little one - but it looked amazing too.
Miniclub:
This was lovely, my daughter only went 3 times but she loved it. Girls were very friendly.
She did crafting and soft play there.
Times; 10:00 - 12:30 / 2:30 -5.00pm
Entertainment - Fantastic!
Team - we’re amazing! So friendly and not intrusive. I really enjoyed playing Boccia most days (French bowels) lovely group people playing.
I did aqua aerobics too and joined in some dances. Great fun.
We went to the mini disco and evening entertainment down at the Amphitheater every night.
My daughter absolutely loved the mini disco, the team and dances were great.
The shows they had on were amazing too, 5 star performances.
Fire show
Colombia Latin dancers
Chinese Acrobatics show
Mini rave disco beach bar
This hotel was amazing. I’ve never returned to the same hotel ever, purely because I’ve never found somewhere that absolutely ticked all the boxes, but I would definitely return here. There is something for everyone and all ages - no complaints whatsoever!!
Thank you to the whole team."
