Hotel Esra Family Suites

"Been coming to the Esra hotel for 12 years & will continue to come back. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious with the maids coming everyday. The food in the hotel is great, always something for everyone .. even fussy eaters. The staff are next to none, nothing is ever to much for them, very friendly and always happy to help. Entertainment on every night & the fore show is a personal fav of mine! Location of the hotel is only a short walk into town too. Can’t wait to come back!"

"We went to The Esra Family Suites on 10th September this year for 10 nights. A family of 8. Age ranges from 12 to 87. Check in was quick and reception staff were polite and proffessional. Our room was bigger than expected and overlooked the main pool. The beds were a little firm but we soon adjusted to that. There were tea and coffee facilities in the room and a small fridge which was topped up daily with water. There was a main restaurant and a snack bar available. Snack bar done the normal pizza hot dogs chips, onion rings etc. I was surprised to se Jacket potatoes there and they were lovely. They main restaurant offered quite a lot of choice, plenty of salads, chicken dishes, beef dishes, kebab meat. I feel its only repetitive if u choose the same meat every visit. My mother is a very picky eater and she really enjoyed the food. Chef was.amazing, would go out of his way asking guests if everything was ok and if they would like anything else. All the restaurant staff were polite friendly and make a fuss of the guests, especially the children. There were limited cocktails available that were made freshly. Many of the brands were local so there was a lot of variety on the all inclusive . My daughter and son in law only drink Ameretto and they even had the Turkish version of that. Again the bar staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you, really went out if their way, they used to ask my elderly mother if she wanted anything when she was around the pool and fetch it to her, bless them. There are 4 pools, 2 large ones a baby one and a slide pool. There was entertainment around the main pool while the other large pool is much quieter. The entertainment team were great, they tried to include everyone, even having egg and spoon races foe the little ones. The night entertainment was great, acrobat and fire show were my favourites. Outside the hotel you could rent electric scooters. They were a godsend for nipping back and forth to town, we rented our the whole time were were there as the mothers mobility isnt the best. Would we go back, 100% yes. Already booked for next year. God willing all of our party of 8 will be fit and well to go. Selim the photographer is amazing, he has captured so many memories for us as a family, would definatley recommend. Thank you Ali and all your amazing staff. "Just back from our 3rd year consecutive stay at this hotel, cannot fault it anyway at all. From the manager Ali, the chef , the bar/entertainment staff & the cleaners all work so hard and nothing is ever to much for any of them. Always good varity of food choices all day everyday which is all of very high quality, even my 1 daughter who is funny with food always found something she enjoyed. Day/night entertainment always great. We never want to leave when we are there, can't wait to return again soon."
