"Horrible hotel the one where I couldn’t wait to leave dirty rooms, dirty bedding horrible food we had to eat out at local food places or stay hungry get most of the time, breakfast horrible no choice yes u can have fries and onion rings for breakfast !!! Lunch stale food dinner the same. Some of the food tasted like sweat and their Al a carte Turkish was horrible they couldn’t cook their own food I can get better Turkish food from our local takeaway. This is our 3rd trip to Antalya the previous 2 hotels were amazing and felt sad when we had to leave…. This hotel couldn’t wait to check out."

"Quick responses from the hotel team for any problem!!! Very, very polite and helpful staff in the restaurant and everywhere around. The only place I didn't receive this courtesy was the reception at the spa. That's not to say the spa wasn't good, but I just didn't find the feeling going around there. I recommend this hotel with both hands."

"I would like to warn everyone about this hotel, which is definitely not a 5-star hotel. We paid for a very expensive holiday because we wanted a beautiful premium experience as the hotel promises, but instead we were shocked upon arrival and felt deceived. The hotel only looks nice in photos and is nicely lit, but the food, services, and cleanliness are catastrophic! Do not believe the positive comments from recent months — many of them are written by the hotel itself. They cook with the cheapest, lowest-quality ingredients. Mashed potatoes and sauces are instant! The food is terrible and tasteless — this hotel simply does not have good chefs. I stayed in this hotel for 10 days and during the entire stay I did not eat a single properly cooked meal. Even though we paid a high price for the hotel and all inclusive, we went out to eat in restaurants and kebab places outside. Another big problem is hygiene. The wellness area is dirty and smells bad. The Finnish sauna has a filthy, long-unwashed floor. During our 10-day stay, our room was never properly cleaned, and the minibar was never refilled. Another serious issue is that the hotel does not have its own beach. The so-called beach for this hotel, which accommodates over a thousand people, is only about a 7-meter-wide dark strip between a shop and a jet-ski rental. There is no access to the sea because right in front of this strip, which the hotel calls a “beach,” there are parked boats and jet skis. So we had to go to another hotel’s beach in order to swim in the sea. At 12 o’clock, when the beach snack bar opens, the staff are very rude and sometimes even aggressive. When you choose something from the menu, they are constantly missing ingredients. We were shocked to discover that when the snack bar opens, fried meat left over from the previous day is served cold to hotel guests — which could cause serious health problems. Everything in this hotel is done as cheaply as possible — even the towels are old and full of holes. You pay for an expensive 5-star hotel, but you receive the services and food of an average cheap 3-star hotel. I have been to Turkey many times, but this hotel is truly the biggest disappointment! The hotel puts pressure on guests who write negative comments to delete them. One hotel employee even confirmed to us that the hotel writes its own reviews or forces guests to write positive ones. When we were leaving, I asked a receptionist for a small favor, but he was extremely rude and arrogant — his name was Okan. Our stay at this hotel was a nightmare and a waste of money. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel!"
