Crowne Plaza Antalya

"I was in the area on business and booked this hotel based on a recommendation and because of its proximity to my client meeting. Upon entering the hotel, you are impressed by the lobby - it is truly beautiful. The location right on the beach promenade invites you to stroll or go for a run. There are also several restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. The room is very noisy. Cleanliness is provided. The furnishings are fine, but I have had nicer rooms in Turkey. On the top floor there is a rooftop cocktail bar, which is well attended. However, the lighting (red disco spotlights) and the music did not suit my taste. There was a large selection at breakfast. However, I am generally not a fan of Turkish breakfast (but perhaps not everyone feels that way) - therefore, it was not a highlight for me either. There is also a wellness area (which I did not use) and a small gym (nothing special, but sufficient for a short workout). For one night during a business trip, this hotel is fine. I wouldn't book a longer vacation there."

"We had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Antalya! The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and always greeted us with a smile, which made our experience even more special. The room was spacious, comfortable and lovely. Had ditect sea view rooms. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right on Konyaaltı Beach, with direct tunnel access to the beach. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to enjoy. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great location, excellent hospitality and a truly comfortable stay. We had an amazing experience and would happily stay here again! ❤️"

"My experience at Crowne Plaza Antalya Spa was an absolute disaster. We purchased a special spa package for two to celebrate our anniversary with my wife on October 12, 2026. We arranged a body scrub and foam treatment, and a 90-minute deep tissue massage per person, via WhatsApp. The price quoted was 4,300 TL per person, for a total of 8,600 TL. We repeatedly stated that we specifically wanted to receive service in a couples' room, at the same time as my wife. We faced serious problems right from the start. We couldn't find any usable lockers; most of them had broken locks. In the wet area, we saw some women swimming in their bras and panties, while some men were swimming trying to cover their private parts with only a loincloth. It was extremely disturbing that such basic rules of order and proper conduct were not observed in shared spaces. When I reported this situation to the Spa Manager, Ms. Ş., she said, "I can no longer manage this spa." A spa manager stating that they are unable to manage the business, instead of finding solutions to the problems experienced by guests, raises serious questions about their management style. We waited for the staff's lunch break and had to complain repeatedly due to the delays. After waiting a long time in the cold bath, the scrub and foam treatment lasted about 15 minutes. We were kept waiting while soaking wet because the private room we specifically requested for couples wasn't ready. Most importantly, the deep tissue massage, which was confirmed to be 90 minutes per person, only lasted about 51 minutes. Spa Manager Ms. Ş. stated that the therapists were not being informed of the correct massage duration. To make up for what happened, a free massage appointment has been scheduled for October 14th at 6 PM. However, we were called the same day and told that our appointment was at 5 PM. So even during the recovery process, we encountered a new organizational problem. As someone who uses spas frequently, I didn't expect to encounter such poor organization, inadequate service, and indifferent management. Our special anniversary, which my wife and I had planned for a relaxing and enjoyable time, turned out to be filled with stress and disappointment instead. For me, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The service quality, hygiene, organization, and guest relations fell far short of our expectations. I even think that other three-star hotels in the area could offer better service. After this experience, I would not recommend Crowne Plaza Antalya Spa to anyone, under any circumstances."
