"I vacationed in Orange County Kemer with my brother in October 2026. The hotel was generally liked: rich infrastructure, many events throughout the day, and even on rainy days there is something to do in multiple recreation areas of various hotel lobbies. Diverse and delicious food. A huge selection of drinks and many dining spots on the territory. The animation is interesting. There is something to do for both adults and children. The shore is pebbly, but there is an entrance from the pontoon. But if you arrive late to the beach, it can be difficult to find free sun loungers. All the staff are very kind and friendly - the beach, restaurant, bars, entertainment areas, reception, and customer service department. If problems arise, they are solved immediately. I want to express special thanks to Alena and Martini (guest relations department employees) for their help with everything and their very kind communication. They solve problems quickly and with an attitude as if they care about their own family. Such an attitude is very warming and makes the vacation maximally comfortable. And also Aycan Dilmaç for the cleanliness of the room, warmth of communication, friendliness, and help when needed. And I also thank Nazmiye for the cleanliness of the public restrooms, who is always friendly, smiling, and kind, shining like the sun when interacting)) This is not easy work, and they make the space perfectly clean. The hotel's location is very convenient: it is within walking distance of the center of Kemer, where you can enjoy pleasant evening walks to the promenade and park area, and also use the city's infrastructure. The only serious drawback is the tired numbers. There are things that do not work or are in poor condition. The air conditioning system is very weak (maybe it's related to the fact that it's already October and the power has been reduced) Also, if the windows face towards the center of Kemer, distant sounds of music from clubs can be heard until about 4:30 AM, so if you are a light sleeper, it is difficult to get a good night's sleep here. And I would also like there to be mosquito nets on the windows in the room. At the end of the stay, the customer service representatives said that the room number could be changed. So, we are solving this question. We would gladly come back here again if the rooms were newer, and if there was the possibility to sleep through the night. But again, it is very individual, I am very sensitive to sounds. Our mistake was that we did not ask for a number change. Then our comfort would be at its maximum."
