"The vacation was generally liked. The hotel has pros and cons. Not the best hotel we stayed at. But not the worst either. 1. Number. Pros: large area, mirrored walls, cleanliness, good robes and towels, refillable minibar. Cons: the shower mixer didn't work - fixed after the first request; the "do not disturb" and "needs cleaning" buttons didn't work - never fixed, although I made 2-3 requests; sometimes they took the robes for laundry, but didn't leave new ones - they were brought after contacting the reception; the balcony door wouldn't close, the mechanism was broken - I didn't make a request. 1. Nutrition. Pros: diverse menu, tasty fish, polite waiters, almost managed the flow of vacationers. Cons: Although the menu was varied, it was practically the same every day; the meat was not very interesting, we ate more fish; there were only shrimp on one day during our entire vacation; rolls and shawarma were on some days - generally not tasty; table cleaning was not high quality (they just swept the dirt from the table to the floor with napkins and put new cutlery), the cutlery itself raised doubts about cleanliness (as did the glasses); for drinks, you could only pour juice and water yourself in the morning, other drinks only through the waiter (more of a question about tea and coffee; usually in good hotels you can go and pour it yourself). To the street snack bar and 7/24 there were no questions. It's strange that this hotel has a main restaurant of such a level. 3. Beach and pools. Pros: good loungers, option to order drinks to the lounger, towels without cards; bar on the pier and near the pools; good selection of drinks (although not always everything was in stock); there is a promenade similar to a boardwalk. Cons: few sunbeds by the sea; wide beach line, but the well-maintained part is very small (and where the entry into the water is steep); pebble bottom; no heated pools; the glasses at the bars are questionable (plastic, more like reusable), the ice for drinks is dirty, the snacks (nuts and chips) are the cheapest available; many staff members do not understand Russian well, some don't know it at all. 4. Children's club. There are no questions about him. The workers are good. There is a class schedule. More of a wish that it would be in the building instead of containers. The club's remoteness is only a minus in the rain. 5. Water slides. That's one downside. They are there more for show. 6. Evening program. There were interesting performances (but not all; again, to each their own). The large outdoor stage allows to "unfold." There were also programs in the hotel lobby, and they were quite interesting too. 7. Spa area Not the best, exactly. The hammam worked poorly. Baths and steam room too. Not all rooms were working. The pool in the spa area was not heated. 8. Gym There are no questions about him. Good trainers. Pancakes and dumbbells are enough. There is also a fresh bar opposite. I will finish the rest as well. A friendly man greets everyone upon check-in at the hotel and answers your questions. The toilets in the hotel and the street ones were not always clean (this is more of a question to the hotel guests). Many smoking people and there is no zoning on the street. There are no free transfers from the hotel anywhere (even to "Geinyuk Canyon," because they should be able to transport there, there should be one nearby). There is a good pastry shop inside the hotel. In conclusion, the hotel is definitely not "luxury." I hope it gets better."

I especially want to thank Musa for his attentive attitude, friendliness, and help during the vacation. I would also like to mention the general manager and Takhsin for organizing the hotel's work and attention to guests. It is visible that the team is trying to make the vacation comfortable.
