Porto Bello Hotel Resort & Spa

"Overall the hotel is beautiful and located in a beautiful part of Antalya. The hotel staff are amazingly friendly. We loved the access easy access to the beach. A few things I wasn’t impressed with was the cleanliness of the room and we were in, unfortunately there was dust and dirt in the corners of the room and underneath the bed was appalling. This shows that the staff isn’t concerned about cleanliness which is disappointing. This was all on the day we checked into the hotel. This dirt was still there on day 3 until I asked one of the staff to clean it. I eventually asked the staff for a mop to remove the dirt myself. Even with the request for daily cleaning, all they did was change the towels and empty the bins. And don’t get me started with the towels, the smell and colour was off and absolutely awful. I would’ve appreciated a super clean room, fresh smelling white towels (not cream white/off white) to make my experience great."

"I recently stayed at the hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps away from the beach, with stunning ocean views from the balcony. The lobby was bright, clean, and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient. My room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were excellent, and housekeeping kept everything spotless. One of my favorite touches was the complimentary fruit basket and bottled water provided daily. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order omelets. The staff in the dining area were friendly and attentive, always making sure coffee cups were full. The only downside was that the pool area got quite crowded in the afternoon, and it was sometimes hard to find a chair. A few more loungers would make a big difference. Despite that, I’d happily stay here again. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing beach getaway with great service and excellent amenities."
