Megasaray WestBeach Antalya

"We had a very pleasant stay at Megasaray Westbeach Antalya. The hotel has a calm, relaxing atmosphere and a fantastic location right on the picturesque promenade. It is perfect for long walks by the sea, with beautiful mountain views that make you feel like you accidentally walked into a postcard. The location is also very convenient: not far from the Culture Centre for concerts, as well as the Aquarium and a shopping mall, in case you need entertainment, sea creatures, or emergency retail therapy. Dining was a real highlight. The variety was great, with lots of options, and the grill dishes were especially good. The restaurant staff were superb, and Railya made our dining experience unforgettable, always going above and beyond, and making us feel genuinely looked after. Our room was cleaned very well every day, and the reception team were supportive, helpful and very friendly throughout the stay. The only drawbacks were the gym, which is quite small and a little dated, more “quick stretch before breakfast” than “Olympic training camp” and the massage promotion, which felt a bit too pushy at times. A more delicate sales approach would be much better; relaxation should ideally begin before being persuaded into it. Overall, this was a lovely, relaxing stay with great food, excellent service and a beautiful seaside setting."

"The best think about the hotel is Victoria and Leonie (Customer Relations) they had answers to all my questions and were very approachable. The Lobby Bar was well stocked with international brands (ask for the brands you want as they have many options and some are not as good as the leading brands). The lady mixologist was fast and good and Eliza the waitress looked after us well. The Hotel was very clean everywhere. And most of the staff were excellent (some were glued to their phones whilst serving or worse ignoring customers). Food was a mixed bag: salads excellent cooked meat not the best. Good selection for vegetarians. The score reflects on value for money, facilities, cleanliness and the excellent staff and mustn't forget Ali in the restaurant."
