"Regarding the response on our previous review “ Terrible service and absolutely no help from the resort”. U responded saying the hotel is not in a position to issue a taxi receipt for a service that was not charged by the hotel. However it was charged by the hotel. We payed the taxi costs at the front desk."

"Sezar and Zeus – the heart and soul of Hotel Kayha! I stayed at Hotel Kayha for a week with my dad, and one of the absolute highlights of our trip was the amazing atmosphere created by the activity leaders Sezar and Zeus. Even though we were traveling without kids, they made sure everyone felt included and welcome. We joined a super fun dart competition where Sezar ran the show together with Zeus and did it with so much humor and energy – it was impossible not to laugh. My dad and I also challenged each other in ping pong, and Sezar was right there cheering us on and played with us. Both of them brought so much life and joy to the hotel – from daytime activities to evening shows. You can tell they love what they do. They take the time to talk to guests, remember names, and create a fun and friendly vibe all around. Lying by the pool would’ve been enough, but thanks to Sezar and Zeus, our week was filled with laughs, spontaneous moments, and memories we’ll never forget. Huge thanks to both of you – you truly made our holiday special. We’ll definitely be back"

"Pool area very crowded, no bath robes in the room. Hard bed.Mediocre service. Food ok. Somewhat different foods every day. They seem to be very fond of watermelons, because there were hardly any other fruits. (I do not count pears and apples that are not peeled). In all, ok hotel, but I would never return to Alanya, because there is absolutely nothing to see. "
