"Nice hotel, good location, but the food is not something to cheer for, it simply lacks flavor We have been there several times before where it was just fine, but unfortunately they have started to fall off. The service seemed unaccommodating, and especially the older gentleman in the pool bar. He just seemed generally grumpy and irritable. If you took a drink with, for others he asked angrily why you should have 3, and 2 children came and asked for straws, they got 2, and then asked for 1 more for their friend, but then he answered angrily, "Then go away." The cleaning was completely in order in both the rooms and the common areas. The urinal by the pool didn't work during the 9 days we were there But overall it is a good place"

"Kahya Hotel has long been more than just a hotel for us – it is a place we genuinely enjoy coming back to. We first stayed here in 2013, and in 2026 we returned for our sixth visit. One of the main reasons is the excellent location – close to the sea, a beautiful city park and the centre of Alanya. At any time of day, you can simply step outside, walk to the harbour, browse the shops or just enjoy the atmosphere of the city. What we appreciate most, however, is the atmosphere of the hotel and its staff. Some of the employees have been here since our very first visits, which creates a wonderful feeling of stability and trust. The service has always been professional, warm and friendly without ever being intrusive. The food is excellent, with a wide and varied selection – fresh salads and vegetables, fish and meat dishes, soups, fruit and plenty of desserts. Everything is continuously replenished, and even after a week you never feel as though you are eating the same food every day. The rooms are renovated, clean and comfortable, with very good beds and excellent housekeeping. Over the years the hotel has gradually changed and improved, while the high standard of service and welcoming atmosphere have remained. This year, for the first time, we travelled just as a couple, and when choosing our hotel there was hardly any doubt – it had to be Kahya again. If circumstances allow, there is a very good chance that we will return again next year. A sincere thank you to the owners and the entire team for creating and maintaining such a welcoming place over the years. We truly appreciate the care, consistency and warm atmosphere that keep bringing us back. There are hotels you stay at. And then there are places you keep coming back to. For us, Kahya Hotel is exactly that kind of place."

"We have come here several times now. And this will be the last one.. we ordered it in December 9-10 months before we were leaving, so when we arrive the hotel is fully booked and we have to stay in another room for one night. They give bananas for that, yes... there are two of us in the room but for several days cleaning has only delivered 1 large towel even though they have been made aware of it. The quality of the food has dropped a lot, it tastes like nothing, and they are running with it for several days in a short period. The waiters and service stress, at 5 pm they start moving people away from sun loungers, cleaning the pool area even if you are not finished. I haven't gotten a smile yet from those soda servers. It is critical, very critical. Only come if you want the location! 2 stars for location and weather in Alanya"
