Hotel Kaptan

"We and friends were trying to stay in hotel. There was a strange issue with booking room, by mistake or by hotel greed we had to pay for additional person in the room. We wanted to speak to manager to resolve the issue receptionist rejected speaking with manager, what is unexcitable as in any case, you always should have possibility to speak to manager. So it was not possible to stay in the room and we had to wait for several hours to resolve the issue. Awful services I don't suggest this hotel!!!"

"Really nice,clean and cosy place to stay. Location is perfect. The view out of balcony to the harbour full with funny ships. All shops around the corner. The famous Cleopatra Beach only 15 minutes away. The bedsheets changed every day. Food is perfect. Every day different. Desserts fantastic. The staff is very friendly and helpful. So....if you not spoiled by big hotels you will have a perfect time in this place."
