"We stayed for seven nights from 3 July as a couple.
Overall, the hotel was exactly as advertised, with all the expected amenities and a good standard of all-inclusive service.
The rooms and hotel were very clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and the décor was modern and attractive. One slightly odd detail was that a lot of the wallpaper and murals appeared to be AI-generated, which felt a little jarring. The in-room jacuzzi was a lovely feature, although we only used it once as it took a very long time to fill. Unfortunately, our room overlooked the neighbouring hotel rather than offering much of a view.
We were pleasantly surprised by the food, especially given some of the reviews we'd read beforehand. There was a good variety throughout the week, and we were still trying new dishes on our seventh day. The desserts were the only real disappointment—many looked beautiful but tasted quite bland, with very similar flavours across the selection.
The grilled meats and freshly made Turkish flatbreads were definite highlights, and each dinner featured a showcase dish, which was a nice touch. Due to our arrival and departure times, we unfortunately missed Friday's Turkish Night. We were leaving just as the decorations were going up, which was a shame. As this was the only themed evening during the week, it might be worth considering a second themed night midweek so more guests have the opportunity to experience it.
The pool was pleasant but fairly standard. The beach, however, was lovely, with beautiful clear water. Do be aware of the rocks when entering the sea—they are very sharp—but if you take care, it's absolutely manageable. One downside was that you need to claim a sunbed early, as they were usually all taken by around 10am. Since each hotel has its own allocated beach area, there wasn't anywhere else to set up so we ended up on the pool bar loungers looking at the hotel more than once.
The cocktail menu was far more extensive than at other all-inclusive hotels we've visited, although the quality varied considerably depending on who was behind the bar. The gentleman with the ponytail working in the lobby bar most evenings made consistently excellent cocktails and was easily the standout bartender. Others produced very different versions of the same drinks, which became quite an entertaining guessing game. One bartender at the pool bar seemed more interested in showing off than serving guests, even refusing to make drinks that were ordered and instead creating his own concoctions for everyone.
The entertainment was probably the biggest letdown for us. There was a show every evening at 9:30pm, usually featuring live singers or bands, but we found this quite late, and the performances themselves were fairly average. During the day, the only organised activities we noticed were water aerobics and a small darts session. The entertainment team also seemed to avoid us - which we wondered might be because we are Brits, and most guests were Russians/Serbs etc. It didn't help that the neighbouring Granada Luxury Beach hotel appeared much livelier, with facilities such as a volleyball court, a pier, and generally more happening both during the day and in the evenings.
That said, we came primarily for a relaxing, peaceful holiday, and that's exactly what we got. We had a lovely week overall and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. While we probably wouldn't return to this particular hotel, we certainly don't regret choosing it."
