"In my opinion, this hotel is mostly suitable for people aged 40+ who do not want to do much during their holiday and only want to lie by the sea or by the pool.
The hotel does not really have its own garden or outdoor area where you can take a walk or take nice photos. The hotel territory is basically just the pool area and then the sunbeds by the sea. That is pretty much it.
When we arrived at the hotel at 12:00, we were given our room. The receptionist mentioned several times that check-in starts at 14:00, but that they would let us in two hours earlier. In general, it seemed quite difficult for the reception staff to communicate in English or Russian.
The rooms were tidy and clean, and they were cleaned every day. However, from what I understood, they do not make any towel decorations. We left a tip, but the only thing left in the room was a card saying that it was a pleasure to service the room.
Overall, communication in English or Russian was quite difficult throughout the hotel. For example, at the snack bar, nobody seemed to speak other languages. We went several times to get waffles, and sometimes we had to wait up to 10 minutes until a staff member came, because guests are not allowed to make them themselves. I would say the staff attentiveness there was very low.
Regarding lunch and dinner, drinks can only be served by the staff. During the first two days, nobody came to our table at all, so we had no drinks. From the third day, a young man with glasses started serving us. He was genuinely very nice, and I would give him the highest rating. Thank you to him, because until the end of our holiday he always asked us in the evenings what we would like to drink.
When it comes to activities, there are almost none. One girl organized Zumba and aqua gym, and these activities really did take place every day. However, when we asked other staff members about activities, nobody knew anything. The schedule showed Boccia, darts, volleyball, water polo and other activities, but in reality almost none of them happened. The girl who did Zumba and aqua gym asked almost every guest if they wanted to join and encouraged people several times to participate. What the other animator was doing was unclear. From the outside, it looked more like she found one group of people and spent time with them as if she were on holiday herself, playing cards with them or later playing darts only with them.
The bartenders understood English, so there were no problems with them. A special thank you to the bartender who worked in the hotel bar in the evenings and had a small ponytail. He was especially friendly and pleasant.
Sometimes it felt like some staff members were doing three jobs at once. There was one girl who collected glasses, brought guests what they asked for, worked at the bar, worked where coffee was served, and also worked in the restaurants in the evenings.
Other staff members were generally not very friendly. If you do not greet them first, they usually will not greet you at all.
The sea itself is very rocky, so we personally barely spent any time there, because swimming was quite difficult.
One day the hotel had an incident where a pipe or hose burst, and as a result swimming in the sea was not recommended. Most guests had to stay by the pool, but the hotel did not properly take care of the situation with sunbeds or anything else. There were also barely any staff members near the pool at that time. People were simply sitting on chairs, and some were standing. There was no information about bringing extra sunbeds or any other solution.
In general, getting any information at the hotel was almost impossible. Whatever you asked, you usually did not get a proper answer. Nobody seemed to know anything. And when you asked the staff, they often looked very unhappy about it."
