"I don't often take the time to write a review but this place is worth the time and effort. My friend and I have now been twice. We have a third trip already on the books and I feel so comfortable and welcomed there that I am even considering a solo trip in the summer. Firstly, it's stunning. Fresh and clean with a luxurious feel and aesthetic. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, and the bar and pool areas are fabulous and pristine. The spa is gorgeous and Ozzie will always make you feel pampered and relaxed. The cocktails are generous and delicious and the food is plentiful. But what really makes this place special is the staff. I cannot wax lyrical enough about their team. The bar and wait staff are so friendly and accommodating and they go out of their way to make you feel valued. A special shout out has to go to Faith and his entertainment team. What a guy. What a team! It's impossible not to be swept up in his infectious enthusiasm and energy, and him and his team had us laughing and throughly enjoying ourselves from start to finish. The evening entertainment is varied, tapping into local cultures and catering to different musical genres. We find ourselves singing and dancing along with smiles on our faces. I'd like to address some of the 'criticisms' that other reviews have outlined because frankly, some of them just beggar belief. Yes, there are stones in the sea. But come on. Are the hotel staff supposed to wade into the sea, sieves in hand and pan for pebbles?! It's clear from photos of the local area what kind of beach it is. A matter of simple research. This brings me on to my next point. Five minutes of research clearly shows that this is a hotel populated small stretch of coast and yes, these hotels all have outside performance areas. Expect some noise. It's common sense people. If you want a totally quiet environment, I suggest you book a secluded beach hut in the Maldives. A little common sense goes a long way. There is live music and it's a vibe. But before midnight, the entertainment moves indoors and into the bar area downstairs. This buffers most of the noise and seems a pretty good compromise for those who want a little extra fun and those who want to go to bed. This is a new hotel that has huge potential and my friend and I are very happy regulars now. If you want delicious drinks, a fabulous pool, a luxurious surrounding, incredible staff and just a damn good time - GO! If you want the equivalent of a residential retirement village then for your sake, and ours, consider booking elsewhere."

"We had a non smoking room with Balcony small but had everything we needed lovley and cleaned everyday plenty of towels toiletries were very nice Unfortunately I was Ill but no problem getting the Doctor sorted The Staff were lovley Plenty of shuttle buses to the beach we didn't bother it was so quick to walk opposite the Hotel to the beach get your towels down there Plenty of shops Turn right from front of Hotel passed the Garage there is a large supermarket much cheaper than most Plenty of Pharmacy again turn right we used the 1st one but there are plenty The beach is Lovley but you need to get there by 10am for a sun bed but there was always staff to get more beds Lovley Beach Restaurant thankyou to the lovley lady who let me have ice lollies for my extreme sore throat Our waiter Mahmut was lovley only only 21 so funny All the staff work so hard it was extremely busy as our week was school holidays not planed by us The only Negative was a manager shouting at a young waiter for accidently breaking some plates totally not his fault Very good value for money"

"The hotel was very disappointing. The food was always cold because it’s prepared in another hotel and brought over here. The menu is repetitive — the same dishes every day. It was advertised as a fun, youth-oriented hotel, but in reality, it feels more like a retirement home. There are no activities or entertainment, no music anywhere, and the evenings are just boring and quiet. Cleaning is done rarely and only superficially. Overall, the atmosphere is dull and nothing like what was promised. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for an active and enjoyable holiday."
