"We liked many aspects of this hotel, from check-in to the minibar assortment in the room. The check-in process was quick, they provided a good room on the 5th floor, special thanks to the employee Vugar. Next by number - there are all the necessary cosmetic accessories, cleaning - excellent! The bars on the hotel territory have a wide assortment of drinks. The restaurant and chef named Ferhat Tatlı spoiled us with delicious dishes, there was meat, fish, seafood, fresh pastries, for every taste. We would like to especially mention the waitresses at the Main Restaurant Stefani, Boggi, Elvan - they surrounded our entire vacation with care, attention, and smiles. The lovely girls from the Communications Department are also working with guests with soul and attention to guests' needs; we especially want to mention Polina (it was always pleasant to communicate with her) and the department manager Kristina for her help in resolving all issues. We are also grateful to the guide Ruslan from Anex Tur - he gave us a compliment for the flight delay, it was very nice. We had a wonderful vacation here, we will recommend Granada Beach as a hotel where the price matches the quality."

"Disappointing for families with young children I’ve used TripAdvisor for around two decades. I’ve always found the reviews useful, but felt strongly enough about this stay to write my first. On our first day, we contacted easyJet holidays because we realised the hotel did not offer the family environment we expected. We asked to move and offered to pay additional charges. We were told we would need to pay the full cost of another stay. We found the response extremely disappointing and would not book through them again. In my opinion, this hotel is poorly suited to families with children, particularly younger children. The kids’ club supervisor is lovely, but during our stay there were no organised activities—just a room children could spend time in. It offered little to engage our five-year-old. Daytime animation was virtually non-existent. We saw two entertainers make brief appearances before the evening shows, but could find no displayed programme of daily activities or nightly entertainment. The evening shows themselves were enjoyable and a highlight. The pools were also disappointing for our son. There is a very small toddler splash pool, roughly 3m by 3m, and two slides, but he refused to use them because they finish in water that felt too deep for him. The rooms were absolutely fine and the food generally reasonable. However, the children’s mini buffet offered the same limited selection every evening: nuggets, meatballs, chips, boiled potatoes and carrots. Some variety would have made a considerable difference. Adult couples may enjoy this hotel, but I would not recommend it for families seeking organised activities and suitable facilities for children. For us, the 1½–2-hour transfer from Antalya Airport added to the disappointment. We wish we had chosen a hotel closer to the airport with a stronger family offering."

"I am currently in a hotel! Very satisfied with the vacation. Huge thanks to all the staff and management of the hotel for the well-organized leisure! If possible, I will come again, although this is my second visit to the hotel. It was very nice that upon arrival in the room, they brought champagne with fruits, nuts, and a card saying they were happy for the repeat choice of the hotel. No question remains unanswered, there is always someone to turn to. About the food: there are simply no words, everything is very delicious, I just don't have time and energy to try it all, respect to the pastry chefs, the cakes and pastries are a fairy tale! I wish you further prosperity!"
