"Eftalia downtown is one of the best hotels on the strip, ive been coming now for 10yrs and they are all like family to me..all the staff are absolutely wonderful also the cleaning maids, rooms are lovely the views from the main building from the balcony is beautiful specially at noght when the castle is lit up..Breakfast is alright you can have fried eggs on the outside near the pool also omelette. There is also salad and cheese all different variations.. see you all in june eftalia downtown... also the spa is great I definitely recommend €30 for the full works"

"Great location decent rooms the food is great and fresh. Out side is the BBQ food and fries, inside salade bar fruit and main food. In the morning free coffee tea juices. At dinner you can order drinks for reasonable prices same as for the bar at the beach. Sunbeds + parasol 200 tl . Ofcourse everything can be better nicer and cleaner but just have fun and relax remember where you are at its not your 5 star tripple more price hilton hotel. Overall great hotel good fresh selection of food and nice rooms and great area with great Alanya experience."

"The worst experience in life. Booked and fully paid for the tour in advance through Ozon Travel, had an official voucher and confirmation from the hotel. Upon arriving at Eftalia, we were simply thrown out onto the street with a disabled child! The reception staff behaved extremely unfriendly, arrogant, and aggressive. Throughout the entire conversation, there was a prejudiced and deliberately bad attitude towards guests from Russia. The administration could not answer any questions and did not give a single clear reason why we were denied accommodation. They refused to issue a written confirmation of the cancellation and provided no proof that they even notified Ozon Travel of their "cancellation." Complete lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic human decency. Avoid this hotel, they violate people's rights and do not respect customers!"
