Ananea Kleopatra Beach

"We stayed at Ananea Kleopatra Hotel for 9 nights and, overall, had a nice holiday, but there were definitely a few things that let the hotel down for us. We paid for a side sea view and were lucky enough to have a lovely room overlooking the castle, which was a real highlight. The room was clean and nicely maintained. Unfortunately, we also overlooked the hotel next door, where the music was extremely loud until quite late. Even with the balcony door shut, it genuinely sounded like the music was playing inside our room! The food in the main restaurant was probably our biggest disappointment. The choice was quite limited and very repetitive over 9 nights. We also found across the hotel that the staff generally weren’t very friendly or attentive, which you wouldn’t really expect from a 4-star hotel. We had a frustrating experience booking our à la carte night at House of Bohem. Aida from guest services approached us whilst we were having lunch in an aggressive manner saying we didn’t turn up for our booking. After looking through messages exchanged, it clearly showed she had booked us the wrong day. Once we finally got there — the food was lovely and the bar is a great addition. There were also a few smaller things that added up: the beds are two singles pushed together, despite most guests being couples, and we couldn’t get a double mattress despite asking several times. The air con switches off when you leave the room, so you come back to a hot room after a day out, and our safe didn’t work. An advertised football match also wasn’t shown on the big screen, and the activities board was changed after we asked about why the game wasn’t being shown. That said, there are plenty of positives. The pools were lovely and cool, the gym was good and quiet, and the hammam was really nice. The sunset views from the bar areas and beach are amazing, and the House of Bohem partnership is definitely a bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday, but the food, service, noise and various little issues made the hotel feel more average than we’d expected from a 4-star. There are some great features here, but there’s definitely room for improvement."

"Inan and another representative were very friendly and did us a good deal for three massages and a Turkish bath. We had Martha and Mardi who were the best masseuse! Worth every penny! I hope to see them again one day! Thank you"

"The spa was incredible. Inan was professional, helpful and nothing was too much. Marta and mardi were incredible, there massages were divine! Would 100% recommend the spa facilities!!"
