"This is a bit of a long review So many negative things to say about this hotel the list is endless Rooms dirty bed sheets stained bathroom old and dirty Floor leaves feet filthy. Towels only changed once every 3 days. Room keys stop working. Ours stopped working 4 times in one day alone. Lifts are extremely slow and only 2 work. The bars serve luke warm flat drinks. No soft drink machine just bottles that are left on side in the sun. Lucky if you get more than once ice cube. Hard to even find a barman in the bars. There is no where enough staff for this hotel. Only 5 cocktails available and they run out of cocktail mix so you don't get much choice. Guests are limited to 1 bottle of water each a day after 8pm only. No drinks allowed from the bar in your room unless in a small paper cup. The dining hall is chaos food is ok not much option. Deserts and ice cream nice. Considering the weather is super hot its the lack of drinks that's the big problem. The pool itself is nice but everything else is just awful. Sun beds on grass and mud /dust which makes your feet dirty (not nice ) poor bar floor dirty tiles on floors outside broken. Staff try there best but they are so over stretched they are lovley people its the hotel itself that's a let down. We came as a family of seven and would not recommend this hotel at all i would avoid it there are much better ones around. Beach is gorgeous and the area is great lots to do. This hotel really ruined our stay just so many issues"

"Arrived at the hotel at around midday, reception was very friendly and explained room would be ready at three, gave us bands and let us explore and get a few drinks, and have a few hours in the pool. The room we were given was 461, top floor with a pool view even though obscure slightly.  The room was clean, and functional, but tired, the floor was a bit uneven and buckled.  The bedside plug sockets didn't work, but that didnt effect us really.  The bathroom was clean and had a bath with shower in, the bath had no plug and we couldn't fill it, but the positive was the shower was spot on with lots of hot water. Rooms were kept tidy by the daily maid, the beds are massive and comfy, however, like most people have mentioned the bed sheets are too small for the size of the bed. The restaurant is clean and we were welcomed by a waiter who looked after us all week, he served us drinks and we pretty much sat in the same place every meal, great guy. The food I enjoyed, it was plentiful and had at least three courses every meal, salads were great and fresh, it could be repetitive if you only like chips, but if you had a go at other stuff no issues.  Breakfast was usual pastry, although there was cereals and other choice,and usual omelette. The golden nugget to this resort is its pool, its huge and the temperature spot on, you could stay in it all day, there was plenty of sunbeds, I never went down till 0930hrs and plentiful, the waiters round the pool would gladly bring you drinks to your bed if you dont to walk to the bar.  The toilets round the pool clean and well kept whenever I went. The animation team are brilliant they try to involve you and check on you through the day, although the games aren't my cup of tea, they never stopped trying 🤣 A downside are the couple of folk trying to sell you massagers or trips, I wasn't interested and they became a bit irritating.  Plus the trip guy was selling them twice the price as outside, same trip 😠 Outside the hotel was good, shops etc,but as usual they don't leave you alone, I'm sure if they did they'd get far more business. Overall a great holiday, would I recommend....Yes....would I come back....yes, marked down only because of room"
