Royal Kenz Hotel Thalasso and Spa

"My son and I stayed at the Royal Kenz for one week. The rooms are lovely , beautifully decorated and spacious. The food is good for an all inclusive stay. The pool and the beach are beautifully looked after by the staff. The spa is the best spa around. Treatments choices and the Thalasso are better than spas in the Uk. Most of all what makes this place is the warm welcome by the staff. They are what makes this hotel a must stay."

"Our 8th visit to Tunisia over the past 14 years and 7th at Royal Kenz. Love this hotel. As some others have said the outside areas and tiling are looking a bit tired in places but other areas have been renovated. The staff are amazing and so friendly; Fred J Khlif, restaurant manager is welcoming and especially his staff, Habil who looks after us at breakfast and lunch and Abdelhak in outside restaurant at dinner. There's is a varied choice of foods and amazing deserts and the food at the pool cafe gives you other options during the day. Good selection of local beers, drinks and the special cocktails are lovely at White night. Bar staff are great, Habib, terrace bar, Chaifik, lobby bar, Mohammed & Hamdi, pool bar. Entertainment team are brilliant and don't pressure you if you don't want to join in, there are loads of activities to choose from, my favourite is French Boules. Madi has a great team, Chicco, Akrim, Chasy, Dali and Mr Smiley to name a few. Evening entertainment is good with various things such as quizzes, bingo, local shows, dancers and our favourite the Changing Ladies which is brilliant and the guys are so talented and their costumes are amazing. The on site shop is great with great selection of foods, drinks and souvenirs and shout out to Ali G in jewellery store and Joseph who organises outside activities, love the camel caravan which we go on every year. Only downside is that air conditioning not that great in rooms. Looking forward to our visit next summer 🌞"

"I'm just back from a fabulous 2 weeks at Royal kenz with my friend. First time to Tunisia, and what a fantastic time we had. The food was amazing, so much choice . Room was large with a lovely shower and view. The staff are incredibly helpful and looked after us throughout our stay. Massive shout out to Hamza Rhaeim and team on the terrace bar you were brilliant. We have already booked to come back next year! Thanks again for a wonderful holiday"
