Hotel Khayam Garden Beach Resort and Spa

"Here at the moment so I truly honest review. Rooms. Very clean fridge balcony. If its just two of you they are perfect. I was with my daughter and her bed was basically a very small chez long. A tiny sofa bed. Unacceptable to sleep on for a week. Food. If your coming with children I hope they like chips. Very small selection and no nuggets, hot dogs ect Great for adults who can eat anything, but for children it's not good at all. Entertainment. Very little, nothing for adults to enjoy. Not much at pool area either for kids. Bar. Several bars. One 24hours so no having to grab last drink just before 12. Location Nearly 2 hours from airport on transfer as its the last hotel they go to. Nothing anywhere near hotel. About 39 minute walk to small strip with some shops ect. The hotel is nice, it's very clean and staff are very polite and attentive. The hotel is very quiet very few british holiday makers. It's to far out of the way and due to lack of entertainment at night it's a long night. Thank goodness the world cup games were on. If your coming with adults only to chill out then you will have a great time. If you like to go for a wonder round the shops and enjoy some entertainment then go elsewhere. If you have children who enjoy children's food then your going to have problems. If they sorted out the menu, had some more things to do, and a shuttle bus to a shopping area then it would be perfect. As I said, can't fault cleanliness, staff or location ie right on the beach. But for me a like a wander, like some entertainment and like fast food so it's a no thank you for me"

"A lovely week away with everything you need. Staff worked very hard and were friendly and helpful. 3 beautiful pools or the sea to cool off or the sea. The rooms were spacious. We were given a sea view room but was blocked with pine trees! The first 2 mornings of our holiday we were woken early with workers digging up one of the bigger trees. It was then taken a way on a digger! A rather rude awakening!!! Sleep was disturbed by the 24 hour bar! As our room was above that!!! Sometimes loud until 4 or 5 in the morning. I would definitely return but would ask for a garden view room."

"I am sharing feedback on our 9-day stay at Hotel Khayam Garden Beach Resort and Spa to help future travellers make an informed decision. Our airport transfer took just over 2 hours, as we were the final drop-off after seven stops. This is worth noting if, like us, you were expecting a shorter journey. During our stay, the hotel had a predominantly French clientele. At times, it felt like some staff (particularly at reception and the bar) were more attentive to French guests. For example, I observed different standards being applied to dress code in the bar area, which could be improved by ensuring consistency for all guests – British guests asked to leave for not having tops on and French guests getting served. One key point to highlight is that the hotel does not have an adults-only pool or area, despite this being stated in the EasyJet description. This was extremely disappointing, as it was an important factor and one of the top factors in our booking decision. I only ever book adults only hotels or hotels with adults only areas. We also found that the hotel information provided by the EasyJet representative was non existent, as his sole focus was on selling excursions. Additional guidance—such as how to book the specialty restaurants—would have been helpful. Wi-Fi connectivity was quite poor unless you were close to reception. Even when we moved rooms (due to a maintenance issue), we were unable to access Wi-Fi reliably unless very close to reception. In terms of positives, the gym facilities were excellent, with a wide range of equipment and pleasant views. Although there was no air conditioning, the large windows provided some ventilation. The hotel rooms themselves are somewhat dated but were kept very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The cleaning team, restaurant staff, and animation team were all hardworking, friendly, and a credit to the hotel. The food is as you would expect in an all inclusive and I believe there was something for everyone at all meal times. For our return journey, the early pick-up time (4:40am for a 10:15am flight) meant we arrived at the airport well before check-in opened, resulting in a long wait. More efficient transfer timing could improve the overall departure experience. I believe the hotel is far more suited to families than couples. Overall, while there were some positive aspects, particularly the staff and cleanliness, there are areas where improvements could be made, particularly around guest information, consistency of service, and facilities. For these reasons, we would not choose to return, but hope this feedback is helpful for both the hotel and future guests."
