"Love this hotel especially the entertainment team Alina and Sasha This is our 3end visit and we have another two bookings this yr, we love this place ticks all the boxes for us, loads to do. The kindest friendliest people you will meet. The entertainment staff make this hotel. They work so hard all day never miss a face always happy and helpful. Nothing is too much for all the staff at this hotel from the cleaning staff to reception. Our waiter has our wine waiting for us daily and the food is fab always something for even fussy eaters You are treated like family here. I recommend you come here you won’t regret it. Come meet everyone and enjoy the staff big shout out to Mamadou Sasha Alina Anis and the gang Try the crazy train with Spider-Man you won’t regret it, the shows in the evening are fab and you will not be disappointed. And don’t forgot about the bbq beach bar and beautiful beach"

"What an absolute gem of a place. Our stay here was one that we will never forget. As soon as we set foot in the hotel we were greeted by hotel staff to collect our cases ready to take to our hotel room. Reception staff were quick, efficient and friendly. Whilst we waited for our room to be sorted we were given refreshments and hot towels for us to use from our journey. The room itself is a little dated but was large and comfortable. There is a fridge in the room along with a safety deposit box. Our view from our balcony was stunning. We looked out over the front of the hotel towards the hills. Sunsets and moonsets were beautiful which created fond memories of our stay here. The food is exceptional and freshly made in front of you. The seafood was delicious. We wasn’t quite sure how the two sittings would work. We had the later sitting and a table that was allocated for the duration of our stay. I must admit, it worked really well. No fighting for tables was great. The outdoors of the hotel were always clean and pristine. The staff here work so hard and they always have a smile on their faces. The relax pool is amazing if you just want to chill out and we certainly did chill out. The bigger pool is better for families as the entertainment team work so hard to get you involved. The beach is beautiful white sands. Very pleasant to sit at. We have had such a wonderful time here we will be booking to come back asap. The crazy train is a must. Such a giggle. There are too many people to thank as they have all made us feel so welcome. We are sad to be leaving."

"Alina and the entertainment staff are full of fun and positive energy. Their input really made our holiday fun. They are the reason I am giving five stars. The rooms are a little tired and we’re not as clean as they should have been on arrival, although this was remedied once brought to their attention. The beach is lovely and the pool area has plenty of sunbeds. Room 2006 is sold as Seaview but all you can see are trees ."
