"My wife and I recently spent 3 weeks in a balcony hot tub room which we can highly recommend. The staff have been fantastic. Friendly, helpful, respectful and efficient. Any employer would be more than happy to have them on their payroll. One standout individual is Slim who is head of the restaurants and bars. We didn’t ever see him take a day off or even sit down once. He also acts as Maitre d in the two specialist restaurants where the food and service is exceptional. The food in the sea view prime one bar is also very good and well run by Jaoher. We weren’t so fond of the main buffet food but judging by the huge plates of food on most peoples plates we can only assume this was down to our taste not the hotel food. To the smokers amongst you I can tell you the hotel shop was cheaper for UK cigarettes than outside and give him a day or two he can get your preferred brand. The hotel and grounds are kept beautifully. The gardeners are tireless in their work despite the heat and humidity. The guy cleaning around the pool bar is fantastic with a remarkable work ethic, he’s always working and only pauses to smile and wave to guests he knows The entertainment team are funny and friendly without being pushy. The hotel is small, friendly relaxing and very clean. The facilities bars and restaurants are more than we’ve encountered in many much larger resort hotels. Big thanks to One Resort Premium. Big tip: Don’t bother with the prime lounge at Enfidha Airport."

"We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks at the beginning of September and had a fantastic, relaxing time. We arrived at 11.330am and were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready, check in was very efficient with a welcome drink which was a nice touch. Having read reviews regarding the swim up rooms we had requested to be on the sunny side and given room 311 which was perfect, sun from 10.30am until 5pm. It is worth noting that rooms on the opposite side only get sun first thing in the morning and then are in the shade all day. The swim up pool is one of the best we have had, being in a U shape we were able to swim all the way round, it was lovely and warm and cleaned regularly, the view out to the beach is also a plus. Being adults only it was also fairly quiet if you wanted to read which was lovely. The rooms are adequate although the pillows are not the best and the bed is hard however we managed okay. Rooms are cleaned every day. The mini fridge works well if you leave the main wooden door open and the AC is okay but not overly powerful. The location of our room was perfect, close to the beach bar, the 2 hour Express cafe and the Ice cream. The Infinity pool is wonderful, again adults only with a great outlook to the beach, when we did go down to it there were plenty of sunbeds. The family pool was under used as not many children on site but again it is a nice, clean pool, there were activities most days and a foam party which was fun. The pool bar is good, they were happy to fill our own cups which was great as thy often used very small cups. Most of the staff ere friendly and chatty. Th beach bar is brilliant, a very friendly barman happy to provide anything you want, the sea is clear and lovely in the mornings where it is calmer and very sandy, plenty of sunbeams on the beach available. The buffet restaurant is very good, we found something to eat every day except for Tunisia night which was not to our taste so we went nd grabbed a burger from the cafe which was perfect. The waiters are lovely, especially Sofiene who looked after us every day on the same table. The evening entertainment is minimal, theDJ plays really dated music and occasionally there is a fire show which was ok, it may be better in peak times. We spent most evenings in the lobby bar outside seating, a very nice setting with great waiter service, particularly from Aziz. The drinks are basic and the cocktails premixed so not great but if you want a spirit and mixer they are fine. We booked and played Padel 3 times, it costs 10 Dinar for the rackets and you get an hour and a half which was plenty. There are quite a lot of flies so take some kind of fly repellent but no mosquitos, we were not beaten once. In the Sports bar there are two pool tables which are lower than standard size but okay to use, these cost three dinar coins, it is hard to get change so we went for a walk to the shops over the road and they gave us change. The onsite shop is very over priced so for any snacks I would suggest the short walk too these shops. We booked a taxi through reception for the return to the airport, DO NOT DO THIS, it cost £45 and is not an official taxi, a man turned up late in a car barely able to take or cases and it was a hire car! They tried to get us to sign the hire agreement which we refused, it is NOT a taxi. All in all I would recommend this hotel for adults who want a relaxing holiday, we would definitely go again."
