"We have now been to this hotel for the third and not the last time. Yes, it is getting on in years and is in need of renovation in one place or another. Our shower had a leak, for example, but the staff was always trying to fix everything. And that is the point that makes us so satisfied - the staff. The employees are so courteous and helpful, no matter where they are. Particularly noteworthy are Ahmed at the outdoor bar and in beach service (I don't even know how many steps this man takes) and Ammar at the shisha bar, who manages his corner with a calmness that is simply great. From management, I wish that the employees receive more support when guests do not follow the rules, such as people sleeping or barefoot on seating areas or smoking in non-smoking zones. The staff should not have to put up with the insolence of these guests. I am not a picky eater, but I always found something. The selection is very good and for fish lovers there is a great variety. My husband ate mussels or scampi every day. The entertainment has declined compared to the last two years, but we also want to spend more time relaxing and being together, so this did not bother us."

"Exceptional Stay at Iberostar Averroes – A Truly Wonderful Hotel Everything was perfectly organised, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the entire hotel was managed to an extremely high standard. A very special mention must go to Mr. Abdel Aziz, the hotel manager, who deserves the highest praise. He is an outstanding professional and clearly puts his heart and soul into running this hotel. His presence can be felt throughout the property. He creates an atmosphere where both guests and staff feel respected, comfortable and genuinely cared for. Thanks to his excellent leadership, the hotel feels less like an ordinary resort and more like a second home. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and very well maintained. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was especially appreciated during the warmer days. The views were simply wonderful, and waking up every morning surrounded by such beautiful scenery was a real pleasure. The food was another highlight of my stay. There was a fantastic variety of dishes, everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, and there was something delicious for every taste. The staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, professional, helpful and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Mr. Abdel Aziz has created an environment where guests feel welcome, safe and completely at home. His dedication and exceptional approach to hospitality make a real difference. He is the kind of manager who does not simply run a hotel — he creates experiences and memories that guests will remember for a very long time. Everything was excellent, from the rooms and food to the service, cleanliness, atmosphere, views and organisation. Iberostar Averroes is a hotel I can recommend without hesitation. A very special thank you to Mr. Abdel Aziz for his outstanding work and for making guests feel like part of the Iberostar family. His dedication is truly remarkable, and he is a major reason why people leave this hotel with such wonderful memories. An unforgettable experience and a hotel we would be very happy to return to. "Back from a second stay as a couple at this resort. A big thank you to all the staff for their work in all areas, from the room to the bar, to the kitchen, to the reception, and especially to Mr. Arhmed, a waiter at the Laurier buffet restaurant; please pass on our congratulations to him. Exceptional room and always top-notch cleanliness. Varied and good quality buffet. A small downside regarding the tables and the floor outside the buffet not being clean upon arrival for breakfast. However, regarding the entertainment, the team must have changed since our last visit, and frankly, the quality has completely dropped. No announcement in the morning of the day's program. The team did not greet us for the 7 days; the entertainers were closer to young girls, intoxicated guests, and non-French-speaking guests than to standard couples. We were completely ignored all week. Compared to 2024, a truly significant drop in quality. This did not ruin our stay, because the rest of the staff is top-notch. But this may be important for other guests. To finish, I would like to have the management's email address to be able to get a personalized response. We will return. Thank you very much."
