"The hotel is magnificent! The lobby is very spacious with many small lounge areas where we can enjoy the Wi-Fi (non-existent elsewhere). Two superb pools, the beach is nearby and you can enjoy the large lounge chairs with cushions kindly set up by the beach service. The garden is magnificent, very large, clean with superb palm trees and plants! The catering is a bit basic but there is still a choice. Breakfast is not great, but you get used to it. As for the staff: very kind, attentive, polite (which you do not often find in other countries)."

"1/ The pros: - Very beautiful hotel, a spacious and magnificent reception hall - 1500 m2 of magnificent and very well-maintained pools. 2 sublime outdoor pools and an additional covered one, filled with thermal water: a haven of peace! - The accommodations are located in a beautiful palm grove. Some palm trees go through the middle of the terraces and their fronds stick out above the buildings! - Proximity to the sea, lounge chairs with umbrellas and mattresses are free - Food is fairly good - Kindness of the servers and the staff in general, except for the DJ called Joker and the so-called "entertainment" director! 2/ The cons: - The entertainment! Juba works hard for the water aerobics classes, belly dancing, and in the evening. Momo does too for the sports activities. An intern also comes to meet the vacationers. They are very good. But the DJ Joker is terrible. He talks non-stop during the activities led by the activity staff. On the other hand, he does not announce the shows in advance, or the color codes for certain evenings (I was in black for the director's cocktail party and was not the only one because there was no information!). He is arrogant and does not listen to the vacationers, whom he does not care about at all. He does not give the activity staff any freedom. Between noon and 3 p.m., when he is not leading activities, he lets the same piece of music repeat endlessly for 3 hours!! In short, he is TERRIBLE!!! - The satisfaction surveys were not given to us!
