"The room was excellent the bed very comfortable the room was warm it had extra pillows and quilt . Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels The food was very good plenty of choice for everybody lovely fruit there is wine in barrels for you to help yourself at lunch and dinner plus a craf of water on each table You also get to go to an Italian night which was great food but I did not enjoy the Tunisa night I found the food very spicy but my husband loved it. The entertainment is great the animation team work very hard entertaining all day and then giving shows at night there’s always dancing The swimming pools looked very good but I found it to cold to swim just had a paddle The bar staff are very good doing anything they can to get the drink you want. Hopefully we will be back next year"

"We arrived on the 17/11/25 with a warm welcome . What you have to appreciate and acknowledge is the time of year and price paid for the holiday . All we came for was some winter sun and a chill out, so we were not expecting the Bellagio. An all inclusive holiday for a week for under £350 p/p , I’m not expecting A La cate or prestigious rooms . The hotel is tired and the rooms very basic , but everywhere was very clean. The food to be honest is very bland and gets boring after 4 days. The nicest thing I ate was a baked potato, oh and the sandwich my wife made me at lunch . It’s advertised as a 4 star hotel , but in uk standards it’s probably a 2 star. The animation team were amazing and worked hard to involve all guests in playful activities. The weather was mixed , but for November lovely compared to the uk at this time of year,( snow back home). At the end of the day we enjoyed our holiday and some winter sun, but probably would not come again"

"We have just returned from a lovely relaxing 4 days here . Staff were fabulous friendly helpful . Food was always good and great choice . Bar and pool areas clean relaxed atmosphere building dated but loved and if you want a great time without being overly dressed and feeling you need to keep up appearances this is perfect . Best part that made us smile good old British trying to steal the towels to bring home !!! Oh those door alarms went off and reception staff were on it like lockdown in Harrods so funny to watch the embarrassment 💕💕💕p"
