The perfect blend of beachfront bliss and family fun awaits at Djerba Golf Resort & Spa on the sun-drenched shores of Tunisia’s largest island. The cherry on top is the private stretch of beach that the hotel has snagged, where days spent basking on the sand and splashing in the sea melt into nights spent sipping cocktails under the stars at the beach bar.
The pool scene is a big tick, too. Little ones can splash safely in the dedicated children’s pool while you keep a watchful eye from your sun lounger. The spacious main pool, meanwhile, is on hand when you need to cool off, and also hosts daily water-based fun and games that the whole family can enjoy.
Then there’s the fun-filled mini club where youngsters can take part in all kinds of organised activities. If you’re lucky enough to find a bit of time for yourself, we reckon it’s best spent at the spa, where you can indulge in a pamper session – you are on holiday after all.
When hunger strikes, you’ll be well taken care of. Kick things off in the morning with a trip ‘round the buffet, which deals in international spreads at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The evenings offer even more choice, whether you opt for a casual bite from the pizzeria or a meal by the sea from the beach bar and restaurant. There’s an a la carte restaurant that dishes up a mix of Tunisian and Mediterranean fare, too.
If you don’t want the night to end just yet, grab a drink and see what entertainment is in store. A couple of nights a week you’ll even get the chance to hit the dancefloor at the hotel’s very own nightclub.
