"Absolutely appalling standard. The hotel in itself is completely different to photos. I have travels with two other groups so we have had 3 rooms to review all of which are run down, there’s insects in most, dirty bedding, fridge doesn’t work and air con doesn’t work. Very very very bad hotel and staff are completely unhelpful. If I could rate it a 0 star I would"

"We went to celebrate a birthday and our Silver Wedding Anniversary. We liked the sound of the specialty restaurants, Italian and seafood, as well a buffet. We were shown to a bungalow and although this was run down, we understand that the normal rooms are tiny and smelly. Upon leaving the rooms at night it's pitch black and we needed to use a torch to find our way to the main hotel. We reported the toilet leaking 3 times, then it stopped working altogether 6 days later. Repaired that day, but had to use loos in reception. We chose the Italian for a birthday. I had confirmed my previous email booking upon arrival. No table booked and tried to seat us with another couple, even though there were tables available. I refused and a table was partially set. We fetched our own drinks from the pool bar, no bread and no light on the table. All food pre plated and no bolegnese left (7.30 pm). Didn't eat anything and the waiter never asked why. Decided to skip the other offerings, as same restaurant just different set menus. Not a la carte! Positives, pool area clean with plenty of sunbeds. Buffet restaurant fantastic food with a fresh grill offering omelette at breakfast and other fresh cooked food lunch and dinner. Desserts fabulous, fresh and tasty, good fresh fruit. The buffet food was plentiful and varied. With regard to the food on the bus back to the airport, other people spoke of very poor food in their hotels, with actual fist fights over chips. Staff lovely but overwhelmed. Sadly we would not return and be were only there for a week"

"⭐☆☆☆☆ Catastrophic vacation, avoid at all costs We spent two weeks of summer vacation at this establishment and, unfortunately, our stay was catastrophic from start to finish. We were confronted with particularly significant problems: lack of air conditioning, hygiene and maintenance issues, even though we were in the middle of the summer season. There was also the presence of rust, cockroaches, and filth. We notably noticed the presence of camel droppings on the edge of the beach that were never cleaned, and the pool was never cleaned in two weeks. Added to this is a management that we found particularly disappointing. The manager of the establishment was very unpleasant and acted in bad faith when it came to acknowledging the problems encountered by guests. We personally experienced and observed that activity staff were taking guests' phones to write reviews about the hotel on TripAdvisor themselves. This practice particularly caught our attention and inevitably makes us question the reliability of certain extremely positive reviews that can be found online. When you book two weeks of summer vacation with your family, you expect at a minimum to have air conditioning, a clean environment, and respectful service. We unfortunately had everything except a vacation. Between the air conditioning problems, the hygiene, the pests, the problems observed around the pool and the beach, the attitude of the management, and certain practices of the activity staff, this experience will remain catastrophic for our family. We advise against this establishment and invite future vacationers to inquire very seriously before booking."
