Sheraton Neues Schloss Hotel Zurich

"I had an excellent stay at the Neues Schloss Private Hotel Zurich and was truly impressed by the overall experience. The location is excellent and very convenient, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. What really made my stay special, however, was the outstanding service from the entire hotel team. From the moment I arrived, the porter was extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff and their manager were professional, welcoming, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. The housekeeping team also did an excellent job, keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. The restaurant staff were equally friendly, attentive, and helpful. In fact, every member of the hotel team, from the front of house to the restaurant and housekeeping, consistently went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. It is rare to find such a high level of genuine hospitality across an entire hotel. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. Excellent location, spacious and very clean rooms, and most importantly, exceptional service from the whole team. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. A sincere thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a pleasant and memorable experience."

"Cant say enough great things about this hotel. We arrived very early from our flight and our room was ready at 800 am! What a pleasure, The front desk staff was spectacular and friendly, I cant remember the name of the women who is the front desk lead, but she was outstanding. Rooms were small, but very well appointed. No A/C Like all of Switzerland but still cool enough. Every detail was perfect about the room and staff. This hotel is well worth a visit as it is exceptionally well located."

"Stayed at this hotel for just one night but it was wonderful. We stayed in the junior suite with a balcony. The room was beautifully appointed and very comfortable- the balcony had a lovely view as well. Wish we could have stayed longer! Didn’t try the breakfast or the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Service was lovely. Location is also great- walking distance from the main promenade. Would definitely love to come back and stay longer !"
