"One towel in room when you need two, no face cloth for the shower. Space between bad and wall shockingly tight with sharp corners on the bed (see photos). No drinking water in room and no kettle. Bed cover too small for the bed. Average at best."

"We had a one night stay here on our return to Zurich before flying out the next day. The hotel location was great, really close to the train station and near all the bars and restaurants down the river. The room was small ( not much space to walk around the end of the bed) but had everything we needed . I didn’t really like the design of the shower/ toilet facilities- but that is a personal preference - there is a small toilet in its own private space but you need to walk through that to get into the shower which is open glass to the main bedroom ( there is a privacy curtain you can use if you wish). The sink is located in the main bedroom in the walkway from the door . The bed was very comfortable. There was no fridge or minibar in our room but there was a communal ‘gallery’ room on each floor where guests could help themselves to tea/ coffee/ water on demand. This wasn’t as easy as having those facilities provided in our room. Check in was busy when we arrived and seemed to take longer as the receptionist does part of it then you need to input to an iPad with more info. We requested a late check out due to a flight cancellation and this was organised quickly so we could keep the room til 3pm for a payment of 70CHF."

"Location is perfect. 5-6 min walk from Zurich grand centrale. Rooms are small & basic for what we paid. I think they were short of staff during our visit as one day out of 3 nights they did not clean our room. Breakfast place is dark,dingy & dirty. Breakfast staff also very inattentive as they are less compared to the guests ratio. The reception & check in desk is in the restaurant cum bar which is so funny. I will not go back again to this hotel."
