Hotel Marta

"Hotel Marta is a bare bones hotel that helps support women on public assistance. They provide internships for these women. Our room was spacious with plenty of shelves for storage. Breakfast was more nutritious than what we would find at the average motel in the U.S.: no fatty stuff like bacon or sausage. The location is excellent (10-minute walk from the train station) and front desk personnel were friendly."

"I was there for a school trip. I paid extra to have my own room but was given an extremely small one. Other than that the room was very basic, no tv, small place to put clothes. I am not used to budget hotels so in all it was the accommodation I wasn’t happy with but the upside was the place was clean and the staff was very night. So if you don’t mind a small room with no amenities then it could work for you. The bed was kinda uncomfortable as well. They had breakfast but after the 4th day I had my fill of it."

"The hotel was very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very central to everything in Zurich. The one issue we had was that our room was very loud due to street noise. Overall I would recommend the hotel"
