"Check in was ok, but the room was terrible. The bed was on a metal frame with a thin hard mattress. The room was stuffy but when I opened the window the noise was unbearable from a nearby pub/party not to mention the cannabis smell. The room literally shook when the main door shut all through the night. There were black hairs on the headboard and noisy water pipes. If it hadn’t been so late I would have tried to find somewhere else - Honestly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had - cheap but not good value"

"Room clearly had drainage issues and smelt terrible. Luckily windows did open and we could keep them open all night. Cleaners allegedly denied all knowledge according to CS. Lockers are very limited. It’s slightly cheaper in comparison to other places but not worth the money per night in my opinion. Good central location though and we could bear it for 1 night (with plenty of ventilation)."

"We may have forgotten to read reviews as we are focused on managing our budget as this is our first time in Europe specifically in Zurich Switzerland, and we might overlooked the amenities of this hotel which was unexpectedly a nightmare when we get to the hotel. It was advertised and named as EASY hotel but only to check in/out was easy for young people but not for oldies. Unfortunately, the minute we checked in and found out that no elevator availability in this building, the fastest we checked out because were more concerned about our health conditions transporting by foot our 12 luggages to the 4th floor. Lesson learned - always read the fine prints of all advertised hotel amenities/policy and most importantly the HOTEL REVIEWS!!!! NEVER BOOK IN THIS HOTEL :( :( :( because even the hotel staff was not friendly and they were rude!!!!"
