"The restaurant is closed Sunday night on a hot night in August, but a food truck on the rooftop was open. We had the calamari and a mediterranean platter - they forgot the lemon, the tartare sauce and the bread for the houmous. The food was really bad - typical food truck frozen-fried food, which was really disappointing because the restaurant has a good restaurant reputation."

"Functional clean rooms, not very big but sound-proof and well-appointed. Easy, free underground parking with elevator leading directly to the rooms. Beautiful rooftoop bar with outstanding views. Expect expensive prices for drinks however: a glass of local White wine @CHF 8.50 or local alcohol-free cidre @ CHF 10.- No fridge in the room, although the space is available."

"Arriving at the hotel at 9 in the morning after asking for an early check in (even paid) and was told that the hotel was full, and that I had to check back after 14h (5 hours wait) as the official check in time was 15h. I went to see the staff a total of four times in-between and sent a few written messages via Expedia and I was always told that the rooms were not ready. Asked for the airport shuttle and was advised by the hotel staff that it was not reliable as it was a small 13 seats bus which may not be able to accommodate all the guests and luggages and that it was preferable to use my own vehicle. At 15h I went to see the staff and had the same reply, while noting that all the guests who had arrived after me between 9 and 15h were not at the lobby any more and most probably got their rooms. Asked for the reason and the person typed on his computer and told me that the rooms were still not ready and that the self check in computers were broken. Another staff heard the conversation and called the cleaning personnel who informed him that our rooms were still not clean and that they would not be ready before 30 minutes or more, i.e. 15h30. Finally got my rooms after complaining 9new rooms were assigned) only to note that the rooms were cubicle capsule style rooms, with dirty walls and almost no space to work (only a 60 cm wide table was provided with a small seat without backrest). It is clear that this level of service and quality does not qualify for a four star hotel and that such hotels where the disinterested staff keeps you waiting even after check in Time is not worth considering for your your stays. Yotel to be avoided."
