"A nice boutique hotel in a good location by the Central Market. It was within walking distance of most center-city sights. The superior room was very spacious and everything was maintained well. The hotel was kept very clean. Breakfast was very good (hint - buy breakfast as part of the room package, not on a day-by-day basis). The terrace was slightly small, especially with a busy pool but there is a larger downstairs bar. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The front desk was competent but not as helpful as concierge at other hotels. Still this is i good hotel in this category."

From the very beginning, he made me feel completely at home with his warm and welcoming attitude. He was always attentive, kind, and willing to help with anything needed, which truly made the experience even more enjoyable and comfortable. It is rare to meet someone who goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel valued and cared for, and Alberto did exactly that. His friendliness and genuine hospitality created such a positive atmosphere that I felt more like a welcomed friend than just a guest.
