A beach-front city-break base
This is Valencia’s ‘wake up to the sea’ address, planted right on Paseo Neptuno on Las Arenas beach, close to the Marina where the America’s Cup action happens. Roll out for a promenade stroll, then keep going to Malvarrosa for more sand, more sunshine, and more reasons to stay out all day. Want a city hit? Jump on the nearby bus or tram and you’ll be at the City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanogràfic before your coffee goes cold.
Back at the hotel, it’s refreshingly no-fuss. Start with the hotel’s Mediterranean breakfast buffet, then grab snacks, soft drinks and coffee from the 24-hour vending machines whenever hunger strikes. There’s free Wi-Fi throughout, a lift, accessible areas for easier moving around, and a 24-hour reception team ready with maps, transport tips and ticket help for Valencia’s big attractions.
Bringing little travellers? Extra beds and cots are available on request, and under-12s stay free. Paid public parking is opposite, and bike rental is available for coastal cruising. For food later, Paseo Neptuno is packed with paella spots, tapas bars and seafood terraces. Finish with a sunset wander, salty hair, and that “we chose the beachfront” grin. Valencia, nailed it.
